Please (in detail) describe the incident

Basically summers and his friend tried to jump us and they shouted hands up, so i moved as you would, they then started shouting stop or you'll be shot I instantly stopped round the corner and did not move. They then checked the corner for me and saw i was stood still, he fired a shot at me which hit, at this point he would of reconginsed I was not moving. then he continued to shoot me until i died, which in my opinion is fail rp as he did not give us enough time to obey the command then when we did he killed me which is RDM as he did not give me proper reason to kill me as I was obeying them.
We then went on TS to discuss the issue with them, Summers then permanently banned me from ts as I said something which wasn't offensive but he took it as an excuse to ban me as he knew what he did was in the wrong.
Also last night Summers RDM'd us and I may have video evidence of that I'll have t check though.
In the video one of them actuially gets his pistol out while watching me not moving, if that inst fail RP and RDM i dont know what is.
I have linked one of the two videos, the other will be on my channel, if you want to look at it.
P.S in my videos my recording does not pick up my voice, you can hear everyone else though such as my friends. But the report if for me not being warned so you dont really need to hear me just thought i'd let you know, sorry for the TS interference I do mute it at points.

It's only metagame if we use that information in game as our character isn't it? And neither of us did that we just used the information to inform each other who we were talking about. Plus everyone meta-games in TS not just us.

I was on scence at the time and in teamspeak with summers and in the video you can hear summers.

And you can only scroll wheel if they broke rules. So you broke rules in that video.

4C) Using tilde key for anything other than identifying people who break rules

just read through what I said and I couldn't see anything about me saying I couldn't hear Summers, point it out for me please?

They had broken rules, last night which I have video evidence for on my channel.

Firstly, we said 'Stop or be shot' shortly after which somebody shot us behind - thus leading to your demise.

We shouted STOP OR BE SHOT multiple times yet you proceeded to run away, an independent mentor reviewed the situation (Hank) and agrees that your friend was the one who sparked your ultimate death.

In addition to this, I cannot comprehend how somebody who has broken 3 rules in that video and on teamspeak alone, banned for insulting mentors has the audacity to claim ' We then went on TS to discuss the issue with them, Summers then permanently banned me from ts as I said something which wasn't offensive but he took it as an excuse to ban me as he knew what he did was in the wrong. ' - I can upload evidence of you saying the thing however I will save the embarrassment that it would cause.

You are also using another teamspeak apart from this community which your friend regularly connected to after your ban, this situation could have hence been dealt with if you kept your cool and not been utterly rude as you were. Hi there. My name is Vlad. I have been here a while and I know your type. I suggest you wind your kneck in a bit and lose your attitude or you wont last here long. I would normally just ban you for for a rule 1D violation but since its Christmas Ill give you a chance. Calm down.

Eagle unless you have direct evidence stop commenting. This report is for staff, the reporter, and the reportees (Lucas/Summers) The outside discussion ends now, I've already issued one warning point, I will issue more if there's any more flagrant violations.

 
Independent, No he is with you, he clearly demonstrates that in the UN-Ban Appeal.

My friend killed you after you kill me, explain how that point works, you shot me before he got a gun out.

You shout in the video put you hands on your head first, not stand still, and i ran the minute you got out the car. I also stop around the corner and one of you actually pulls a gun out while staring at me stood still then kills me, I was obeying what you had said to do and you still killed me, isn't that RDM?

Also I your friend states ' I was on scence at the time and in teamspeak with summers and in the video you can hear summers' and I know you were in your own TS as I had a friend look for you on AltisLife so you use your own TS obviously. 

And Vlad can you please do me a favor and unban me from TS please so we can discuss it over that I would be grateful, then if you feel the need to ban me again I will understand as my keyboard is playing up.

I hate to burst your bubble but the staff team obviously know and talk to each other

That does not mean we cannot be independent? We never side.

Your unban appeal is still pending with crumble's decision. We don't discuss these issues on teamspeak, Steph or Vacatio will review this report and will come to a determination.

No, its the point where you threaten him by saying 'PUT YOUR HANDS UP' and then where you shoot him!

 
We told him to put his hands up and gave him ampule time to comply he did not, so we killed him which is well within our rights. Where was your RP intiation to be able to kill us, at no point were we informed of your presence or involvement in the situation.
