I was robbing a house with my friend, he is in another gang named the Redemption. I forced into the locks and the owner came rolling up 3-4 minutes later. While we were leaving the house they pulled up and told us to put the weapons down. I quickly ran to the back of the house to get in cover and defend my self but I was surrounded. I was putting my hands up and as I was clearly surrounded they just shot me while I was surrendering. They told me something like; stop right there or you will die. This is really and really poor roleplay to me. I attempted to solve it by asking a compensation request, but they refused to compensate me.

I would also like to point out that 2 other people were involved in this situation because they are in the sultans gang. I tried to resolve this problem with one of them on steam, but he is a part of staff and told me to stop causing drama, after willing to show the recording. He deleted me from steam and I already talked to him on teamspeak.

They also shot my friend DangerNoodle. They had seen my friend, yes, but they did not initiate on him as he told me. I did not declare back-up and he wasn't shooting at them. I will look if I have further recording available, because that seemed like RDM to me.

Firstly I would like to remind you that you are robbing a house where you find illegal guns. With that you should have thought about the consequences logically... Next you tolled me in TS that I should have initiated on your friend separately cause he was not in your gang?? Pal I saw both of you leaving the house and so did out eye in the air which you can hear in the video one in the construction. From our end: We cam to our friends house being robbed from NPAS before you could have left the area. You were initiated 3 times before 1st shot and 1st kill happened. Your friend was spotted as well at the construction with a gun (why else would someone be there with a gun????).

You came over very hostile to me and DangerNoodles told you to stop acting so hostile. No, you did not listen and you kept acting hostile. Is this how you resolve a situation, on a server that is supposed to show respect to every single community member? 

To start we would like to make clear that this is a friendly community, An adult community and we expect every user to show respect to each other.

If you rather shoot people instead of giving them a chance to roleplay, why are you still playing this server?

Kral, you joined this server way before me and I bet you have much more experience. So what I don't get is; why do you make up an excuse that you thought I was going to shoot? You've been around for so long on this server and you should know the ArmA mechanics, because you're even a cop. You're a DI or CI, I'm not quite sure, but how many times have you seen people putting their hands behind their back? You should have thought before you actually pulled the trigger. I was surrounded and there was no chance for me getting out of this alive, because you took my chances to roleplay away.

No matter what, I am continuing this report and this is all I have to say.

My video Clearly shows you getting initiated 3x and you pointing a weapon at me before you put your hands up... It was a quick judgement call of you or me.

First it was not me who said it. Second does not matter who said it as you clearly were upset as you died. Since who else would blame the game mechanics after being being killed in a fair way (server-rules wise). I was not even hostile in game after killing you not even while initiating on you... I was calm as you can hear it. You say hostile yet you were the one complaining in side chat and direct chat writing stuff like " // nice rdm "   "// I WAS PUTTING MY HANDS UPPP"

I not forced to act friendly to someone who I do not like... If I do not like you that's your fault.. There are many people who are great friends of mine and there are people who I fight with verbally in TS but they don't come to forums cause we are mature enough to keep it between ourselves. (nothing towards you)

You should have given up soon as I initiated on you instead of running away and looking for cover cause even then any of cause could have shot you as you are taking position for combat after being initiated. My video clearly show you pointing your gun at me twice MAYBE more. I give everybody a chance unless I do not like them or they have messed up big time. like your case you are robbing a house of a gang member and you find illegal guns what did you expect from us? To come with cookies and beg for you to not rob it? This is rebel RP pal.. If you cannot handle rebel RP try out NHS or police but as rebels life is tough and anyone can do anything to anyone if they are in power.... You should remember that. And Of course I am playing here as I am a officer at the rank of DI just in my holiday enjoying my limited rebel life.

Yes that is right I have many many experiences some are indescribable as they were too good to be true and some are same indescribable as they were so shit... No excuse was used pal you aimed at me multiple times after initiation (beginning and before I killed you). You are limiting yourself and just blaming ArmA mechanics for being killed instead of thinking that you had enough time and opportunity to surrender before. I have seen (recently) a lot of cases where people refuse to put their hands up and I am sure anyone who has been a rebel for long enough can agree with me on this one. To PROVE my point may the long/mid time rebels like this if you agree with; people refusing to put their hands when both sides have guns pointed at each other and initiation has been made 3 times already?. Roleplay is not something which is only given verbally pal. You initiated RP by breaking into a rebels house and we carried the roleplay to realism as that is what happens in real life as well when you rob a rebels house. The whole (or a squad) gang arrives at scene to punish the fools who think they can get away with such a action. Do NOT forget that firefights are RP as you are fighting for life/property.

As i am 1 of the gang members in the area (sniping from a distance) also with the permission from Kral to write something about his report topic, let me ask a question at first when Kral told you to put your weapon down why you answered him as saying ''no you put your weapon down'' (3.55-4.02). Kral gave you enough time to comply even he told you to not run away but you choose to run away when Info initiated you at the backyard you towards your gun to Info and try to find a good angle for him (4.02-4.11). If a man wants to surrender he wont wait 3 initiations and 20 sec.s. I can understand it was a tense moment but the only players are talking from direct chat is my gang members. In my opinion 3 initiations and more than 20 sec is enough to say a word about surrendering from direct chat.

Kral was not screaming towards me in any way. When he initiated, I already ran off and was at the back of the building. In real life if you talk that quiet I won't be able to hear you, or would I?

When I ran to the back of the house I saw the ghillie suit and after I saw him I chose if I wanted to surrender or no. I decided to surrender, but you guys continued to shoot me. If you listen very carefully at 4:04 - 4:05  (from my perspective it sounded like the guy said): Stop right there or d..... to me it sounded like: Stop right there or die. After that he continued to say: No, no, no, stop right there. He also said; 'Drop your weapon' and 'Stop right there or you will die my friend'. How was I going to die if I did not stop moving? Would a meteorite smash into my head? Would I slip over and hit my head against a wall? Would a helicopter fly into me? Would I get shot? 

Now let's move to you Kral. Straight at the beginning of your recording you said; 'I found them I think, I found it'. How did you find me? Did you metagame the GRID reference of the house or did you get a warning that your house was being broken into? I would actually love to see the prior situation that you guys were alerted that your house was being BROKEN into.

And to you Richard Monreo;

You were a sniper, but you had not been declared as back-up, so therefore I am going to ask you; Can you please refrain from posting on this appeal, thank you. You were NOT involved as no-one initiated with back-up.

As I always ask whenever I make a report; can someone please let their party respond 1 more time before actually locking it? I could turn quite toxic and start causing drama when it's not needed, thank you.

NOT going anywhere pal, sorry. I have rights to write to this topic. I was there i saw everything so i involved. You can't decide who can write or who cannot. We all respond the house robbery. In here i am trying to protect my friend and MY GANG MEMBER from false accusation started by you. And i took permission from Kral to write his topic as like me your friends can write some words too. In the end there is nothing to argue about this report, LETS WAIT AN ADMIN TO RESPOND.

It seems you guys are trying to insult/roast me by the looks of reading this report.

I have nothing left to add, unless your party wants to. Might want to step up and be friendlier to strangers mate.

Oke after reviewing all of the evidence I don't really see a problem here. Yes the initiation could be better but your clearly had enough time to comply and when you have your gun draw and you turn around it could be an immediate threat to the person initiating. For the trying to resolve part be a little nice towards each other and try to resolve with a staff if possible in the future. The gun holstering animation was shown right or just when after he shot and you had enough time to comply with the orders given.
