Please (in detail) describe the incident

Was initiated on and the frit was circling and then swerved and ran me over and as I was rag dolling I was being shot - I wasn't too sure on the situation on if it was vdm or okay I asked my gang and they said to see what admins think of it, I was unable to discuss in teamspeak and had to go off straight after and haven't seen them in TS since.

As you can hear in your own video at 00:29 the crack of the shots and from the gif provided by Coozer, you were gunned down from behind the wall, upon contact from the ifrit. He was not in the ifrit and as he was already involved with the people inside the kill was completely legitimate.
