Please (in detail) describe the incident

First of all i dont know the time when it hapend exactly. I was selling aluminum then the police came took away my gun and gave me a ticket for the murder charge. After the police was gone a dude with kamoflash came up to me and said HANDS UP! multiple times. I put my hands up then he stole my money (252.601) and just shot me and then he ran away. After i read the guide to report a player i tried OOC chat and message him but unfortunately he wasnt online but i tried. I would consider this incident RDM and Poor/Low Quality RP.
