This guy had attempted to steal a guys SUV so we had to tase him after we chased him for around 5 mins around Kavala we restrained him and put him in our Police SUV so we could take him to Kavala HQ to talk to him and fine him ETC but everytime we put him in the vehicle he failed RP and jumped outta the car while in restraints.
