I am going to be reporting SteveTheElectrician for Poor RP and RDM.

We were going to break into the house in Kavala, once we had gained entry one of us started to take what was inside, this included some decent weaponry and some clothing that we found to belong to the mayor.

After this and we have some of the weapons, the person who was down there taking the items was being held up by some rebels. They have their weapons drawn and pointed towards him.

There seems to be a standoff as the rebels and my friend are pointing guns at each other, this ends with the rebels leaving in their quilin and driving off.

The Door to the house was still open so 3 of us decided to go down and take the remaining items from the house, I thought that due to the sheer number of items that we needed a vehicle to help transport these items away to a different location. I started running to the garage to take out a HEMTT to take over to the house to move the items.

As I take out the HEMTT and drive it into the green zone I can hear over the radio that Isaac is being held up and a potential initiation on Mason, the original person that robbed the house. I ditch the HEMTT in Kavala GZ and moves to a more advantageous position.

All of a sudden Mason goes quite and doesn't say anything, I look over the wall and sees that Mason is ziptied and has rebels surrounding him. The Rebels start to peel off in different directions when we hear Gooba over the radio say that someone is going to "Blow His Head Off".

Gooba then moves into the building and informs us that there is someone nearby that is a threat to his life. Not knowing who this person is and what is going on for Gooba, I push up to get a closer look when all of a sudden I am shot by "SteveTheElectrician".

Now, it isn't the initial killing that is the problem but the initiation from Gooba's end from his footage that he has given to me you can hear it go something along the lines of "I want you to stop fucking running right now and get your hands on your head before I blow your head off"

This reminds me of a similar report that was recently accepted against "Cool" for using something very similar to hands up or die in which he said "I would like you to please place your hands on your head otherwise lethal force will be used against you"

This to me is very similar and would like to see what Staff think regarding this.

1. I'll give a bit of context of what I remember. Okay so when we arrive to the mayors house been robbed Mason and 2 other armed guys are there. 2 of them disperse to what we can only think of getting into a better combat position. While we are robbing him he's in the process of saying the usual stuff... I've got friends in the area, He then get's knocked out. he still speaks while he's knocked out, it's not much and I think maybe it was just a delay.

2. Gooba is stood on the other side of the church, were his video starts with a gun out. Bare in mind Mason has already initiated with friends in the area. I then clock Gooba with my eagle vision and pursuit a short chase on foot. Yes maybe my initiation was rushed but in the grand scheme of things I honestly don't think it was as bad as your making it out to be. It's all about the context!

3. While Johnny was driving his hemmit, Gooba was inside telling his boys "He's going to blow his head off". Initiation has already been made and I'm pretty much waiting to engage in a firefight with him and potentially Mason's friends. Johnny then decides to bring his gun out and run around the corner of an on-going situation, Remember I'm by the back entrance listening to Gooba say all of this. So I don't know what Johnny was thinking if I'm honest. Maybe I was in the wrong for shooting Johnny, maybe... and if he had said something in OOC we could have talked about it.

After watching Johnnys video it turns out he was one of the guys that I mentioned that disperses in my first statement.

All in all. Look at my record, have I ever been banned or warned for failRP in the time I've been here? I don't think I have. You cannot expect to get a 5 minute initiation every time, Not every situation is the same and if @L12Mason has any decency he will reply on this report to back my first paragraph up.

What this tells me is that your upset that I killed you because you ran into and on-going situation. Bare in mind I've already admitted to maybe been in the wrong. I guess that's for the admins to judge me on that.

Let me point this our very clearly, I get you don't have to resolve anything these days and that's fine. But above tells me that you obviously have a problem with the group I'm in. I know you were apart of this group and now you are not. I don't know what went on but the fact that you mentioned @Cool's ban that is also apart of the same group as me. 

I mean like any other person on this community when they get killed and they believe it to be RDM they would normally mention it in OOC or even ask something in game, this states to me you have something against this group and you just need to back off maaan.

As i have been asked to comment on this i will give my perspective on the first part of this situation that i was involved in which isn't in the video.

We had just gained entry into the house we were robbing and were looking inside to find quite a lot of the mayors clothing and a MK200. I called the guys over to grab some clothes as they are quite rare. @Johnny5mil went to get a Hemmtt to grab the items we couldn't hold and @Isaac Ess came down to the house to also grab some clothes. That's when @S A L V and two of his friends turned up to stop us taking the stuff from the house. After some RP that's when i was told to drop the gun or I'd get 'punched in the mouth'. Things then got pretty heated as i didn't really want to hand over the new gun i had just got. Just as i was saying i had friends in the area i was knocked out and zip tied before i could finish my sentence. When i was in zip tied my GPS and communications were taken so i muted myself in teamspeak as i was then taken hostage inside the house.

I feel a large part of this situation is my fault because when i was initiating my mic in TS was muted because i'm and idiot. That's why in the videos you don't hear me talking and as far as @S A L V and his friends know my friends can hear my fine.

good afternoon, that is a video from my perspective regarding this incident. Despite jhonny5 saying the two situations are unrelated. When mason attempts to initiate on behalf of his friends, it is clear that we believed we were about to be shot. Then multiple rebels appear in the area pulling weapons from their backpacks. 

I believe this is important as it shows that we were on edge and defensive, and salv initiated on gooba who ran into cover.

then out of nowhere, during a heated situation where multiple threats have been made, a guy runs around the corner with his weapon out. I believe salv reacted instinctively and defended himself as he believed he was about to be gunned down.

After reviewing the evidence provided from all parties, i have come to the following conclusion.
 

During the Mason situation the initial roleplay provided is good and the robbery runs its course.
You can hear Mason say that if even anyone of you throws a fist in his direction, every single one... And he gets knocked out and 
the situation is somewhat contained.

The OG group at that point realizes that this might escalate. They run for cover and suddenly SteveTheElectrician sees Gooba behind the wall.
Footchase ensues and the intitiation is 
as follows: "I want you to stop running right now and get them fucking hands on your head before i fucking blow your head off."

Gooba runs into the building, relays the information over, Johnny comes running around the corner and gets shot.
In the thread itself you dont have a problem with the killing and i must say we do agree on that. I would expect that Salv had no 
reason to believe that someone would be coming running around the corner with a gun after the initiation and Salv merely defending himself.



But now lets take a look at the initiation.

Although the initial roleplay was good, I think that we all can come to an agreement that the initiation in itself was very poor
and is not far from “Hands up or die”.
The situation was very heated, and that was clear for both sides, both sides was already setting up prior to the initiation. @S A L V, today we will only issue a warning for your initiation. Even though you/your gang provides good roleplay beforehand you cannot just rush the initiation and call it a day.
