What best describes this incident ?: RDM
Please (in detail) describe the incident: I came to diamond mine in my helicopter (black hellcat) I landed and got out. Steve then proceeds to look at me while aimed in, and I look back. He then runs away and I lose sight of him, He appears on the rocks on the left (see in video) and shoots me with no initiation. I then realize I am not recording and heal then start the recording, or the other way around (I understand that I do not have 3 - 5 minutes of recording before the incident and I understand if there can be no punishment because of this, I just thought because he RDMed my friend a few hours earlier he should be held accountable). After I heal he sneaks around and instantly shoots me, my friend figuring we're anitiated then shoots him. My friend finishes him off and because I still have coms me and my friend call for help from another friend in our coms. While waiting for help he comes back and rams into his Chiron with his Hellcat so we cannot steal it.(see on video 4:55) Then that finishes off the clip. I apologize as I was being quite annoying throughout the video I was just pretty upset because this was the second time it happened today. I was not able to resolve issue with player as he left the game right after.

This is not a revenge report (Abuse will lead to forum/community bans): No
Not really sure if this would be considered a revenge report as I am doing it because he killed me. If it means that I am only doing it because he reported me that is not the case, but I am doing it because not only am I frustrated that he did those things in game, but also because I feel like he will do it again and shouldn't be allowed on the server. Also as I mentioned I know I do not have 3 - 5 minutes of clip before I honestly didn't remember to turn it on until it happened. I understand if he wont be banned because of it.
