Well basically it all started at the Metal exports, He starts shooting at me without any initiation which turns into a gun fight and i manage to kill him. But then he respawns and starts trolling me VDM'ing me and breaking NLR by remembering stuff that happened like 8 minutes before when i killed him at metal exports. He was banned a couple days ago (they have the same name so i presume) for RDM on me in the kavala garage, It was his friend that i reported as he was leading the RDM situation etc but then stefa was the one who killed me and this is the forum post i put up https://www.roleplay.co.uk/topic/88857-report-a-player-rico-reckless-rdmaction-taken/#comment-506251. You can see everything there but besides that he found me in kavala and just started annoying me and doing anything he can breaking rules etc.

@TNT Troy In future If such situations does occur you should use the phone to message an Admin on duty so they can deal with any situations quickly and get rid of trolls effectively. Stefa has already been banned for breaking another rule but I will make sure that this report is noted down.
