I was being placed in cuffs for having an illegal firearm , i had a previous incident with UNMC which has been sorted now however UNMC members were still after me although i didnt realise, so when the UNHMC incident took place i waited 5 mins before going to the PD to talk to cops saying about UNMC taking my friends hostage as there was no police officers there i decided that i would go to the green zone as i have waited more than 5 mins , no UNMC are chasing me or have seen me within that period, so as i arrive at the greenzone UNMC saw me and decided to camp it waiting till i came out , in the mean time they kept texting me out of character saying that i feld to a greenzone even though i waited the time period etc... however i've already sorted the situation about "fleeing to a greenzone" even though i didnt . So when in the greenzone UNMC are waiting and police arrive they put me in cuffs for having an illegal rifle then tried to take me to the PD. Upon arrival the police officer saw them and crashed into a wall and UNMC surrounded us and told the police officer to stop the car or the tiers will be shot , so the police officer tried to reverse but instead of the tier being shot i was shot and killed . I would have talked to this guy through team speak but didnt have enough time neither will i have tomorrow due to work. I dont know if this falls under FAIL RP or RDM but didn't really think it was the best of initiations even after he didnt threaten my life but i was still shot and killed. Its also not like i could do anything due to the fact i was handcuffed.

I'm very surprised to see this report but oh well. So, we opened fire on the tires of the vehicle after we initated on them. I took out one of the tires and shot and the second one. The reason you got killed is because the bullet ricocheted after the tire was taken out and it hit you.

That's a big lie. We took out 2 tires of the vehicle, that's why the officer got out and started running.

@Slawek UNMC yes I know the bullets did hit the tire and it was bad wording from me however I never felt a threat to my life if you initiate on the tires then I shouldn't really be shot , however I would have sorted this out over teamspeak but didn't have time and needed to go off .

So you know that it was a mistake and that these things happen yet you report me because you can't be bothered to resolve. Im pretty sure you had time to resolve as you were on ts talking to creator chris for a while and i was on ts for about an hour after this. This report seems like you only want to get me banned for a mistake that happens a lot in game. Look at the gif i posted. It clearly shows that i was aiming at the tires and the bullets simply ricocheted and killed you. If i was aiming to kill you i would at least hurt the officer in the car yet even on your video you can see that none of his bodyparts is damaged. And we didn't just "hit" the tire as you said, 2 tires were taken out so quite a few bullets were fired at them and must have ricocheted and killed you. I just feel like you are here to get people banned for a part of how the game works, ricochets are a thing in arma, that's why sometimes when you want to take out tires the bullets hit tires, ricochet and damage one of the people in the vehicle, that's why it is considered a threat to your life when someone shoots your tires and you can open fire on them for that. This just looks like you think this is a ruleplay server and not a roleplay one.

@Slawek UNMC yes i can see it was a mistake and yes in was talking to chris however in ts i did say i need to go after this , i am not working today so im happy to resolve it with you , message me on ts i should be on all day today as im off. I've also got nothing against you however when these things happen i dont know if it was a mistake or shoot to kill but you have provided evidence that it was clearly a mistake and i can see that so if we can rosolve this over teamspeak and possibly get comp for my gear that would be great .

Why would i give you comp for it. I initated on the vehicle and opened fire on it's tires, one of the bullets ricocheted and killed you. It's just how the game works. I was in full right to open fire on the vehicle. It's not my fault that you got killed, i have no control over ricochets.

He initiated on the vehicle which is fine, the officer attempted to flee (poorly) and Slawek opened fire to disable the vehicle.  

Really, I'd be wondering why the officer decided to try and flee from an obviously armed rebel when he had a civilian sitting right next to him, surely from the officers perspective he should be thinking about the danger to yourself from the actions he took (which unfortunately was your death).

From a rules perspective, there's no case of RDM here.
