Please (in detail) describe the incident
Me and my gang were going around doing good deeds such as preventing robbery's and protecting innocent hobo's, when we came across a robbery at the Diamond Factory from a single person in a Hummingbird. We hopped out of our heli and gave him warnings and said please do not take off or your rotors will be shot, but as you can see, he kept on trying to take off, therefore we shot out his rotor and he then hopped out. From here we were going to rob him but shortly after he hops out of the heli, he starts loosing connection which looks fishy considering we just told him to get out of his heli. Shortly after he left, I went onto TeamSpeak to go and look for Winters to find that he was in the NHS, server 2 lobby clearly doing a patrol. I then gave him a chance to come back and say that 'his internet cut out' or something along those lines and continue RP but he never did. I also messaged him almost after this had happened but he never got back to me, I then messaged him after 30 minutes for the next two hours and I still got no response, but he was clearly playing as NHS does not allow AFK in their rooms.
As much as I like to think that this was not intentional, he never said anything nor did he even come back into the lobby as a civilian which is pretty scummy. He did not start losing connection straight away either which also leads me to think he took that time to remove his access to the internet.
