Me Lex and my friends Vlad and Cosmin we were at the Diamond Store in Pyrgos and I was at a atm with Cosmin and a guy came at my friend Vlad who was right in the front of the store and the guy who came at Vlad said "Hands up" then I came at Vlad and this guy didn't say to me nothing I wait like 1-2 minutes and he start shooting at me,I died,he revived me,after he revived me he abort and I couldn't talk with him about this situation.

May I add something to this please.

I said numerous times , through my mic and the chat , to put your hands up or else I will shoot. One of you did put your hands up, thank you for that. Then two others came along, I again said 'Hands Up' numerous times in chat and through my mic. They didn't do it, so I shot them. Then he threated to report me, and whilst he said that I was reviving the man I had shot because I realised they were not happy with my actions. Just so happens the server restarted at the moment I finished reviving him, which was why I didn't get a chance to speak to him. I had also attempted robbery on these chaps before, and again they did nothing. Being the person I am I decided not to shoot them. Then I bumped into them again and I robbed them (This led up to the above statement).

Also may I add he did NOT try to resolve ANYTHING with me after the robbery.

Sorry for my actions and anything wrong I did.

Sorry buddy but I didn't hear you saying anything to me at the diamond store.You said only to me friend Vlad.I was shearching for you on the servers buddy but I didn't see you there.So I just continue to play on the server.

For starters I can not hear anything in that Video due to the buzzing in your audio @xTiimmy. However I see that @Oliver_SPITFIREPILOT Is a fairly new player. Im going to call in @TomTheDoge After looking through chat logs i can see he attempted to get Oliver on TS to assist him with his roleplay.

Tom you got anything to add ?

We then had this conversation where I warned him and he blamed lack of working mic so I directed him to teamspeak.

My mic works in Teamspeak and all other Steam Games and Arma 3 options recongise it but this server doesnt. Any help?

It seems that later on, regardless of this, he does the same thing again so it appears he ignored my warning.

I would add that I did not speak to him on teamspeak and no one else I spoke to that evening did either. I'm pretty sure that you saw my message because you answered me so to me it appears that adequate warning was given. I don't think I have much else to add other than the context.

Due to the audio quality of the Video we can not asses the situation and take appropriate action for that reason the report will be refused. However I would like @Oliver_SPITFIREPILOT to message me on the forums to arrange some one on one ingame teaching!
