Me and Simon (2) were on patrol bounty hunting when we saw a guy being kidnapped, thrown into a truck and so we followed said truck to a church where back up awaited. We kept our distance while we tried to get numbers as we saw people running towards us with guns, but we never got close even when they were trying to chase us down as we were unsure if we could take them. Eventually we, this is when - we heard nothing from them and we kept our distance the entire time to stay out of range and when we were driving away they shot at our vehicle, but whatever I thought, maybe it was warning shots.
We took cover, decided it was a little too much for us and called in the cops through text and waited them. We saw, as the video shows we could've taken them out at any time but I thought they were coming over to at least attempt to initiate or to roleplay. The guy ran up, I told him not to move even with the pistol pointed at me and then after a pause without him saying anything he opened fire while saying something like "Fuck you" as he fired the shots. There was no negotiation or roleplay, it was just running up with the intention to kill me like it was team deatchmatch.
When I attempted to resolve this in chat, he was particularly rude and just kept doing the usual "ur mad because u got killed by a guy with a pistol" and also refused to come onto TS with me and Simon to discuss it. Isaac was one of the people with him who was also particularly rude and made no attempt to RP, but I can't prove this.
On a side note, this is maybe the 4th or 5th time it's happened to me today where pointing a gun at someone has just resulted in them immediately turning and firing at me, I was told this is pretty much the only way to do things - is that correct? As evidenced in the video I could've just taken him out, but as far as I know I need to give him time to comply.
