Please (in detail) describe the incident

Myself, Salt (Soggy Salmon) , Billy bob and JohnnyM were in a car evading Police for speeding/being wanted for crimes on the ANPR. We evaded the officers for a good 2 minutes until I crashed the Vehicle into the side of the 5 domes. I jumped out of my Car in RP with my gun lowered and shouted "What do you want!" at the same time he said "get out the car hands on your head!". He then saw Billy Bob flanking his car and opened fire on him with lethal bullets killing him and the CSO, I then failed to kill him and got shot by him finally JohnnyM shot him.

Later on about 45 minutes after I was with Remix and a few other Police officers so I decided to show him the video, Remix then watched it and showed it to a few other officers then went on to ban Ross. Shortly after Fry joined the room to get some information I then explained the situation to him and the other officers the best I could there then was further discussion between the officers which I do not know the outcome. About 20 minutes after that a few of us were going to play End Game to get some practice in for the up coming tournament fixtures when Arrogant Bread came into the channel asking to speak to Remix, they left the channel and had a private discussion. From the gist of things I believe Ross had been unbanned because Bread believed it was a forums issue that should not of been dealt with on the spot. Shortly after I spoke to Fry asking him if he knew the whereabouts of Ross so this could be sorted, Ross was no longer on TS so no resolution could be reached then and there.

Firstly I was supposed to have rubbers loaded as I switched from my Vermin but I obviously didn't, that's my bad. The thing that the videos as far as I can see miss out is whoever comes round the car shouts for me to put my hands up and that's when I attempt to rubber him. The CSO I have been told said it was his fault he was killed because he paniced and ran infront of fire. I was trying waiting for you to message me on TS and a short time after Summers sent me a steam message saying someone wanted comp. I tried to come on and speak to who I thought was you but it wasn't. I know the rp should have been continued , and I apologise that it wasn't, but unfortunetly I loaded the wrong ammo and it was too late.

Honestly I don't know how to answer to your post I have been thinking things over the past few days and from what happened and what your saying makes you seem like two people that are completely different. I think if we had this version of Ross in game things would of gone down a lot better and this situation would not of happened. Only thing I will say is I accept your apology on behalf of the people I was with and will leave this report to be sorted.

Honestly I don't know how to answer to your post I have been thinking things over the past few days and from what happened and what your saying makes you seem like two people that are completely different.

Well, there's the roleplay me and there's me.

I have a couple of questions:

1. In the youtube video you hear Billy Bob saying "I poi...[pointed?]" in response to why did he got shot. I'm curious as to why this was cut off.
   
2. The play.tv video shows a few of you breaking rules. Now I don't want you or anyone banned but the way JohnnyM metagamed me and from what it has been described to me as "taking the piss" and "bullying" was also going on. 1:16 onwards in play.tv video and you'll see it.
   
3. (7.1.1) Police members are unable to do any illegal activity (unless on a Police holiday), When I searched Mr Monopoly for aliases (to apologise for the situation which happened) I was surprised to find you're a whitelisted cop.  Cop:PC
   

Again, i'd much prefer you and everyone else weren't banned but taking the piss out of someone's accent and them and posting it on the forums just isn't right imo.

Only thing I will say is I accept your apology on behalf of the people I was with and will leave this report to be sorted.

Thanks for understanding this anyway, it was a genuine accident to have lethals (and of course to kill the CSO).

This can actually be heard if you listen hard on the youtube video.

The cop situation Is complicated and still is being sorted at the moment at the time I had recently left the police. So during this time I was not a police officer so no rules had been broken on that part. 

As for your claim of the gents in my car bullying or taking the piss I think that there was nothing malicious about that and everything said was in good humour. Also I will say this that there is nothing abusive about you said in the Video and it is a mature community so us messing around and taking the piss is not anything personal.

Both sides played this poorly and a few admins discussed it. It was ethier ban everyone (Poor RP/Metagaming) or ban no one. Metagaming rules were violated, poor RP rules were violated. As Ross will probably be disciplined by the police for his negligence and I believe has been suspended from the police for his actions I think that is punishment enough. From my perspective when your gang identified it was Ross and started "taking the piss" it was metagaming because you guys already had in your mind a plan on how you would interact with said person.
