I was doing a coke run. When i arrived at the coke processor I saw an NCA hunter so i run back to my car and drove away. Then this officer came with the initiation ''hands up hands up hand up, do not get in the vehicle'' and instandly shot my tires, Without saying shooting your tires. So i stepped out and ask him wtf are you doing man? so i pulled my gun out and try to say no we gonna speak about this. and he used lethal force on me and killed me. if he didnt shot me we could roleplay about this because I'm not gonna let this happen, like take my truck etc. i might have friends on the hill ready to give a warning shot. But this man had other thoughts and shoot me down.

I spoke with 2 staff members and told me its up to you but It's definitely worth reporting. I didnt wanted to report this man and I ask him on teamspeak after the situation, but he left ts so cannot find him anymore. I've seen this many times with cops, but this time somebody need a punishment for this. maby this is his first mistake i dont know that. but police is a white listed faction and this situation was very low of them.

Okay, lets get this straight. So the first part of the complaint in pretty accurate - You arrived in an BOX HEMMIT, and tried to open the building. So I got permission from my higher-ups to move in on you, which I did. Then I said "Don't get in the car! Don't get in the car!" You got in the car - so yes I must admit shot your tyres without saying so. But you can't expect someone who is adrenaline fuelled, and has been following you for the past 20 mins to just let you drive away.

When I shot out your tyres  I ran up to the side of you and said multiple times "Get out of the car now!" You then got out the car, and i'm shouting "Get your hand on you head, hands on your head now!" Then, you pull your rifle out - so I shoot you. I don't know what else you were expecting me to do?

Yes I will admit the tyre shooting was poor, but in my eyes and experience I was in every right to shoot you as I warned you not to pull a gun out, and then you did...

And so respond to why I didn't join TS, my computer crashed, so I spent a good hour trying to fix it

I would also like to stress the fact that this is the first time a report has been filed on me. I've put time and effort into the Police - and received no warnings ever.

Well you think your in your right buddy, but its extremly poor, so i think discuss this on ts will not fix the problem. So let the admin decide whats gonna happen

Oke lets first start with the initial initiation it was extremely short lived but and you shot to fast in my opinion. I know you could be adrenaline rushed but try to give more time to comply in the future. For RDM I don't think so, you were told to put your hands up still you decided to pull your gun out and said you wanted to talk you could have talked to him whilst having your hands up as well or whilst having you weapon holstered.
@Kougar Having no past convictions does not make up for a mistake. You in fact did make a mistake by shooting the tires straight of giving no time to comply and you will be warned for this. If you are caught doing the same thing in the future you will be punished for this. for future reference if you are adrenaline rushed please don't initiate as you are more likely to make a mistake again.
