Told me to jump out of my truck with no weapon, put it in the trucks inventory and then got shot when I looked at the ground.
This could go under the rule if poor/low quality RP.

I'm sorry but I waited for him to come to teamspeak, I've spoken to the support members and told I'm allowed to come here. I'm reporting someone that has broken a rule and now I'm getting blasted for reporting it?

BlackJack you've been here long enough to see dozens of people banned by their own reports, don't act surprised when I investigate yours and find provocative chat logs from you.

(2.8) Threats to report / disputes / Breaking RP in Voice. There are so many people on the server with all different points of view and disputes and disagreements are all part of the game, however please do not discuss them in-game also do not break RP in voice. For example if someone has RDM’ed you discussing this on the server or saying “I am going to report you” is not allowed. Please use the forums or teamspeak to report or discuss only (Punishment is a ban) Exception: You may contact someone using the text system if they are not on teamspeak or on the forums. Please only attempt to make this contact in effort to resolve the issue, not to antagonise the other player/users/members.

You know the rules, and on this occasion you put yourself on the wrong side of them.

Lucky for you I'm only going to deny the report. First, because of the manor in which you attempted to resolve it. And second, because you jumped out the vehicle with a gun drawn and to a new player this can be mistaken for direct hostility. This is the kind of situation that should be resolved like adults on ts, and have comp arranged. If you'd have followed the rules regarding resolving and reporting and he still didn't respond, yes, I would ban for RDM. As you took the wrong approach, this had no chance of being resolved.
