So we had 11 gang member all doing uranium. 1 in a helicopter, 1 in an ifrit and then 9 trucks. In the video we are about 2 clicks out from the uranium buyer, our helicopter is above the buyer scouting out and sees many people which is why we stop. We decide against not going in so we all advance at a steady pace. We get to the buyer and our guy in the chopper realises there are more people than we first expected. I then told my gang we should get out of there because there is probably no way that was going to end well. As we were all getting in our trucks after some of us only sold 1 batch of uranium, a sand sports hatchback rolls us up and tries to initiate, (Poults). In general the initiation is very sub standard, most of the trucks had already driven away leaving a maximum of 2 in range of Poults which were also driving away. There is clearly not enough time for him to initiate in high quality roleplay and even if the initiation can be seen as ok, he still only initiated on a maximum of 2 trucks meaning the others couldn't be fired upon, which they were. As a result of this poor initiation the whole SOS gang opened fire on every truck they saw, immobilising some and killing those driving.

I would first like to say that we had a little chat with you lot in the liasion and you were being very toxic discrimnating me being young at this point i was offended 

When we were in the liaison you said you couldnt hear the initiation at 3:36 in the video you here one of your members say they heard the initiation

I would also like to mention that you metagamed are gang name at 3.11 in your video you shown

i felt that initiation you heard in the video was poor and could be improved  im sorry for that

I'd like to point out that hearing the initiation in the video after is easier to hear but it may not also be heard in that intense situation. This is also a game and sound doesn't travel like it would normally and realistically therefore we wouldn't of been to hear you in terms of roleplay.

I was the one that also acknowledged initiation because as i was driving a all i heard was get out of the car, as you can see later in the video we point out that it was terrible initiation.

Whilst in the liaison you just didnt listen to what was being said to you, you were very one sided and just wanted comp for what you had lost and i can understand the frustration. 

However from your video, its highlighted to us why the initiation wasnt heard, you have people shouting and being chaotic in general. I would also like to point out the fact that you clearly dont have earplugs in all the way as the sound of the engine is really loud, with those things i can understand why you didnt hear poults very well and were confused. From our perspective we initiate clearly, how were we supposed to know that your comms between you all was so bad and you dont even know whats going on, one person just said "can we shoot the red hatchback" before anything had even happened which alone shows that you dont know whats going on.

Also as poults has said, when you were speaking to him you couldnt let the fact that he is young go, you were rude to him and didnt want to speak to him as he is younger than you.

Firstly, I can say confidentially i never made any remarks about Poults age.

Secondly, it isn't up to us to have our ear plugs in all the way. As you are the ones initiating, it is your responsibility to ensure the initiation is clear. It is also up to you to decide if you think we heard it, we obviously didn't but you may think we might of. The fact still remains that you initiated on a moving truck which is loud and in situations like this it can be hard to hear. Admittedly our comms may have been a bit messy but you should of had the common sense to know that initiation was poor and that you probably shouldn't of opened fire as a result of it. I guess greed took over you.

In addition, we did listen to your side of the story but all you kept saying was your initiation was fine and that you wouldn't be willing to compensate us thus, this report. 

Also Adam, the guy who said "can we shoot the red hatchback" has less than 50 hours in Arma in total. He has read the rules and has a general understanding but he is still learning which is why we strongly replied to him "NO do not shoot".

Coming to a conclusion for this report i've spotted a few issues with the provided videos.

Firstly, @Poults you initiate on the trucks in audible range, however fail to manage to do so with any form of quality roleplay. As well as this the initiation only stands for the vehicles with in this range, this does not stand for vehicles that drove of 100 metres down the road. You must understand that this is not acceptable in any manner.

Furthermore, @Luke Butler it's fair to report Poults for such an appalling standard of roleplay however does this then make it acceptable for a member of your gang to metagame the opposing gang as shown at 3:26 onwards "It's SOS there's more of them than us" henceforth influencing your decision to leave the area. In the video provided you had no prior interaction with Poults or the SOS gang overall so how could your gang use this information. However, I will give you this opportunity to explain either yourself or tag the gang member who said mentioned the SOS gang. Otherwise what is the point of me taking this report further?

Firstly, i was the one that stated there is more of them than us. However, i only said this after telling my gang to leave due to the information we received from our eyes in the sky. I could tell that situation would never of ended well because of the amount of people on the surrounding hills. I am sorry for what i said and i didn't intend to metagame nor influence our decision to leave.

Quite interesting to say considering that as a staff member, I was unaware that you could roleplay from "eyes in the sky" in order to find out straight away which gang an individual belonged to. So let's try this again. Answer me honestly why you decided to use information not gained through roleplay to influence your decision to leave the area. Not only 7+ Trucks but a helicopter and Ifrit could surely fend off a single individual in a Sports hatchback.

As well as this listening to the video again, I heard no information of "people on the surrounding hills" unless you can correct me. All I heard was the calling out of multiple vehicles.

However taking into consideration that you have apologised for this, I'd simply like to know your reasoning behind this.

As you probably know uranium takes about 40 mins to an hour in a truck. Chuck in having 7 trucks and talking with UNMC, this run had taken us a long time. We sent in our helicopter to scout the area which is why at the start of the video we are all parked up in the swamp. Our helicopter found the cars and  a helicopter on their scout which is why i was sceptical. (I said guys on the surrounding hills to summarise, sorry if that was confusing) When we were mining the uranium, there was a guy in a huron that was also there in addition to 2 cars that had been following 2 gang members who were lagging behind. I was worried that the guys that were spotted by the heli were these guys who may have called backup to rob us, being such a large convoy. 

At the end of the day, i just didn't want my gang to be robbed of over an hour's work because a gunfight is not what we wanted. As we didn't want a gunfight and due to us spotting the vehicles in the surrounding area, i decided it wasn't worth the risk of potentially losing our uranium. Again i am sorry for the metagame but i can assure you it did not influence my decision to leave and it won't happen again.

@Luke Butler Considering that you where honest with me and realising that you had messed up all you will receive is a written warning for meta-gaming, this will stick with you forever and will not be removed.

Now as for @Poults you have previously been warned for poor initiation, I would have expected that after that warning you would have taken the time to improve yourself and proven that you can give a better standard/Quality of roleplay with your initiation. Evidently this is not the case therefore you will be punished for this.
