There's really not much to say, as the whole story took about 3-4 minutes. I had a car crash just outside the green zone, suddenly all these SOS guys popped out with their guns and started running around. Once the medics arrived and were done treating me, PVT. Heisenberg had his gun pointed at me, telling me to put the hands above my head. I listened to him, then decided to make an escape. Got shot while running. The guy then walked at me, took his pistol out, asked me if I have any last words and without even giving me a chance to respond, executed me.

I am absolutely fine with my character getting killed here on RPUK, but hey, it is supposed to be an RP, not a deathmatch server. I do not think this guy was willing to provide any roleplay and these few words he said are, in my opinion, not enough to execute somebody. I'm really fed up with people that are just running around looking for a kill, not providing high quality RP one would expect.

Tried to get Heisenberg on TS, he told me I was asked to put my hands up and it's all been properly RPed.

First let clear it step by step

-We saw 3 guys injured at the road at kavala and walked into it.(2 hohbo 1 rebel)

-2 hobos said thet got kidnapped by a rebel (KARL), he was the driver and they got crashed.

-We said we dont support kidnapping hobos so we ganna take you with us and will talk about this.

-We warned him like 5 times and i said clearly "WE JUST WANNA TALK"

-He ran saway and i shot him, bc there was no other option to stop him.

-There was also Other situation going on behind us as you can clearly see behind the hole thing. (car explotions and rebels pulling guns), bc of that i had run away from that place and make the Karl forget about everything. (No witnesses) before cops shows up so i go to the Karl and asked for last words.  He didnt even responde and so i shot him and left the area to save myself.

SO how do you want stay there and talk like 5 min when all the action going on behind us? i could got killed or arrested if i stayed longer there so i tryed to save my life

It looks like a REVENGE post in my opinion.

Reasons this is a revenge post:

- We took your gun away from you with QUALITY RP 30 min ago

-You told me on phone message (which i didnt gave u my number) that " if you dont have more to add i will call an admin"

I would like to address this poitns to admins when they taking a look on this issue as a revenge post.

As you can see from the video, if you dont response to me icant RP with you, it is funny that talking about RP when the other guy saying nothing even when he got shot.

i asked you multiple times to "why didnt you put your hands up and run?" and you said nothing, i asked for last words and you said nothing again lol. and you complain about RP?

i realy think this is only for revenge bc i only saw a guy who doesnt talk and only runs.

i cant give you 10 min to response to me in that highly hostile area with alot of things going on at the backround. i asked and you didnt answered. OFC u cant get a QUALITY rp when you dont talk.

(7.1.3) Killing someone must be carried out with high quality roleplay (...) Executing another player must also be carried out with high quality roleplay, the only exception to this rule is if both you and the victim are engaged in a gunfight together.

The only reason the area could be considered hostile is you guys threatening everybody. There was no gunfight going on before and at the moment you executed me.

Also, as I mentioned before, this is not a revenge report. I am fine with getting killed, as long as it's properly roleplayed. You had no valid reason to execute me though, neither did you try to RP it out.

-Fail to reply ,fail to talk back

-Fail to comply my requests

-Fail to answer after got shot.

-Hostile  environment. Limited time to take care of.

-To clean your memory for getting a revenge kill/hunt.

Sadly, it's now too late to give me these reasons. If you had stated them in-game, that would've been another story.

I don't think you gave me enough time to respond when I was on the ground, and I also don't think that if I had answered you wouldn't have shot me. Cleaning my memory, huh?

Yes, i would not execute you if you had talk to me and explained what you did to those hobos, you could said "WAIT", but still u didnt responde.

It is a New Life Rule (NLR). When you die ,you start a new life without remmembering what happend to you. You can check it out if you want.

@CarpeDiem While you were backed into a corner in this situation, and didn't have any means of defending yourself and I appreciate that these kinds of situations can be frustrating. I do not find this to be actionable based on either RDM or Low Quality RP. You were given multiple instructions and the gentleman in question is even kind enough to tell you what will happen if you fail to comply more than once. 
You say very little in return, which doesn't give him very much chance to engage in further role play with you. You decide to run and he guns you down. 

That being said, the execution @Bobbit1 was a little quick, and I would, going forward like to see more from you. I appreciate the terse circumstances and the lack of response on this occasion probably contributed to this as a major factor.
