1. You did not come to liason so I could explain to you. I spoke to your friend who said you were coming but you didn't.
2. Your video is only one minute long, could you please post a full 3-5 minute video?
3. Your sound is turned down very low for some reason so it's hard to hear all of what I'm saying, but I talked to you for a while, made a clear threat to you and gave you a lot of time to comply. In your video you can't hear past past 0:24, I'm guessing because of how low your sound is, because I was talking virtually the entire time between then and when I eventually shot you. You can hear some faint words at 0:28, clearly the middle of a sentence. I checked later and you can definitely normally hear people from that range clearly, so I assume your low VON/general volume is responsible.
4. You keep your gun out for a significant amount of time after your friend has already surrendered. You put it away pretty much as I start firing, and due to server desync on my screen you only put it away once I had started shooting.
5. You made a clear threat to report about a minute after your death in direct chat, something along the lines of 'I have a video, sorry you're getting banned.' This should be apparent in logs. This is a clear violation of rule 2.8 and a bannable offence.

I'd be absolutely happy to resolve this with you in a liason if you'd be interested in coming, so I can more fully explain the situation.

That being said I have no intention of dragging this report, I'm happy to compensate you the full value for your gear since this seems like a misunderstanding.
