Please (in detail) describe the incident

Was at advanced. Spotted a guy lockpicking a random heli. I go over to talk with him and he runs off. I follow him onto the bridge. We ask him to stop running. I then say as a joke "ill shoot you in the leg and then you wont be running anymore". He just pulls a gun and sprays both me and Hammah down.

During resolving he was certain he was in the right to kills us since I threatened his life even tho i didnt. After talking with him for a while he realized he had messed up and offered to compensate us since he wanted to avoid getting banned for 6 months. Me and Hammah both agreed that he only said sorry and offered us compensation in order for him not to get banned. We dont believe he has any disregard for the server rules. He has just got off a ban and has only been here for 5 days he claimed. Yet he went into resolving with the mindset that he was in the right to shoot us and showed no understanding of the rules what so ever.

I respect your decision in reporting me as what I carried out was low quality RP however I may just say that you did not try to resolve. I offered everything to resolve , comp I apologised and went through the rules with a level four staff member and you guys denied it all. I did carry out poor RP completely however I did try my hardest to sort it out with you and I hope that you appreciated this.

This is completely a lie and your opinion. I offered you comp not to not get banned but rather to show my appreciation for you guys not reporting me and just to show that I will put my heart and effort in to not doing this again. I dislike how you can assume that when you have over 100M in your bank and I have barely anything.

Furthermore, you didn't even die and I offered comp so I really was trying to be nice.

Also I believe this was a revenge report as some of OG don't like me and the report wasn't submitted until he went and spoke to the rest of the gang (I was watching him in ts). A lot of the OG members hate me so I believe this is revenge for them.

I am not looking to start a discussion. If you got an issue with something then raise and stop asking me to reply. You should be more worried about explaining your actions rather than pointing fingers at me. Like I said I wont be replying anymore so stop asking me questions please as they will not be answered.

No I respect your decision and I respect why you have done this but I don't respect the fact that you are lying about resolving. I completely respect you for going through the rule with me as well but I really think you shouldn't lie about resolving.

Also any human with a few brain cells can realise this is a revenge report. Why would you (a well respected player) go ahead and lie about resolving to get a guy banned? No human would make that risk without it being for revenge.

Secondly, we tried to "resolve", when you tried to argue that he threatened your life, I asked you, "even if he did threaten you, are you still okay to shoot?" You replied with yes. You clearly don't know the rules and the fact you are now whimpering here throwing accusations around makes me laugh. When we unmuted from roleplaying with medics and you apologised and offered compensation, you actually somewhat came across sincere. Then when cool said something about you clearly not knowing the rules and denying comp as we don't need it, you turned around and said something along the lines of "just take it because my next ban is 6months" Bare in mind that isn't a quote on quote but its close enough. Compensation doesn't solve everything, we don't care about gear,  if you generally came across to us that you understood what you did wrong this report wouldn't be here.

We ain’t talking about the rule break now. I understand what i did and I even went through all the rules regarding guns with the staff member that was there. I’m bothered about you guys lying about resolving and as I said this has to be a revenge report as no two reputed players would risk their reputation over me.

I wouldn’t beg that you take my comp so I don’t get a ban all I’m saying is you guys should have some sort of leaniancy with new players.

You were unbanned for a few hours before this happened, @sofneo. Hours. You said in your unban appeal that you would study the rules so that you wouldn't get banned again, yet here we are.

There was not enough RP here for anyone to be shooting anyone, and, even if there was, there are many actions that could have been taken before resorting to shooting: you could have kept running, squared off to them, tried to find out what they wanted, etc.

The bad news is that, if you were a new player that hadn't just been unbanned and promised to "study" the rules, I would probably have let you off with a warning. The good news is that you know how the ban appeal process works now, so why don't you try again?
