I had just spawned in kavala after a death, I had just gone and bought my clothes and made my way to the square. After this I went into the market and got myself some food and drink. After that i was waiting for my friend who was in the casino and while I was waiting I was knocked out and restrained by a bounty hunter. myself and my friend asked why he had restrained me and we had no reply. Without saying a thing he took me to the bounty hunter HQ and sent me to jail with no words being said, after this had happened I Asked him to come onto team speak which I got no reply to.

I will second this, I was knocked out, out of nowhere by the same dude without any prior RP, he then took me to a bounty hunter HQ while I was restrained and refused to communicate with any witnesses present at the scene.
