Please (in detail) describe the incident

A friend and I were driving around and came across these two people that managed to somehow tip their vehicle over when going around a corner and taking it up onto a piece of the structure that therefore tipped them. I found it hysterical that they managed to do it and stated that they must be triggered by the fact that one of them managed to do it.

The player Snow decided to open fire at both myself and my friend without no initiation or form of roleplay. The kid Snow then proceeded to execute with no form of roleplay either. I did ask in side channel multiple times to give him the opportunity to resolve the issue, however, he decided to ignore the opportunity and soon disconnected from the server, another player called Jon that was in-game at the time said in side channel that Snow is known to have RDMed a few times.

First up you are going to need to produce further video evidence as there is quite clearly more to the story here as you cut the video in mid whatever is going on here. If you could upload all the way up to just before you meet him and his buddy that would help much more.

You need to reply if you do not have further video and if you do have a video then also please reply stating so within 24 hours or the report will likely just be closed.

Due to the fact you are unable to show what happened before the clip in your evidence starts I cannot action upon this as for all I know you are already in a hostile situation with them as there is quite clearly much more that happens before the start of this clip.
