I was parked close to diamond trader waiting for someone, when this guy showed up with a rook. He told me to get out of the car and started counting down from 5. At first I tried to evaluate the situation and when I tried to unlock my vehicle to get out he had already shot me.

I tried to resolve this in teamspeak with him, but he denied my claims and said he had the right to shoot me because I reversed slightly, I tried to get him back to teamspeak but he didn't.

Clear from this players use of OOC, the other report against him and his actions in this video that this player has no concept of what is acceptable here and what is not. This is a case closed example of no high quality roleplay given from a player who is very suspect in their behaviour. As such I have issued a ban and he can plead his case in the unban appeals section.
