My and my mate where driving down the government controlled zone when we accidental hit a wall. When I get out this guy with a .45 acp pistol shot me and my mate for no reason. When others came to thee scene the guy randomly killed whoever was in his sight. Then he said in OOC "Is this not the West land?" Then he shot whoever that was downed. I didn't have any video or screenshot because it all happened so fast. I very very sure there was many eye witnesses. The video I put has nothing to do with the incident, I put it only for the purpose that this report could be submitted.

I can confirm that SneQ also attempted to RDM myself and 3 officers as we came into the situation seconds after he executed Ser Gaming YT and 2 others. SneQ started shooting at us with his handgun and I took him down with rubbers, processed him and put him in prison. I didnt save this specific recording as he explained himself to us officers in the helicopter while being transported to prison. None of us officers have saved a recording, I've just checked with the others. Sorry.

Unfortunately without video evidence, we are unable to act on this information. We simply cannot act on someone's (or several players) accounts of events as this would lead to so many "he/she did so-and-so, all my mates saw him" type reports. I hope you understand.

Therefore I have no option to reject this, however as there were several witnesses we will be keeping an eye on the player in game in case of repeat events.
