Please (in detail) describe the incident

So me and my buddy where salvaging the HMS Treasury. We do this by letting one person pilot a chopper really close to the water, while the rest of us gets the gold and puts it in the chopper. So we where just busy getting the gold when another chopper arived. He then proceeded to fly like 2 inches away from our rotors, and then touched our rotos wich let to our chopper exploding and my buddy getting killed. We attatched a video in wich u can see him crashing into us. At the time we had like 40 gold bars in the chopper and my buddy had another 10 on him, tho we dont have any footage of this . I hope we can work something out?

Why did you make a second report instead of including me and jamster in the same one?

also this was a game crash so i had no control whatsoever on my helicopter.

I would assume the reason why he made a new report was because he reported Jamster thinking that he was the pilot but after finding out it wasn't him, the report he had up for Jamster wasn't really accurate so instead he made the report of the correct person. 

Now, you say your game crashed, do you happen to have any proof of this? @SlimShady

@Fluqi i dont have any proof whatsoever of any incidents that happened with me because i made an RP video and i ended deleting every piece of footage after finishing it...

@DaveVT ok so since you have no proof of the gold bars themselfs you wont be able to get a compensation from staff...

but since i have no proof i am willing to componsate 300K...

let me know what you think and if you are willing to accept the componsation

Do you not think if a situation arises like this you should keep the proof that you have so you can get out of a sticky situation such as the one you're currently in?

I just noticed that...

Me and jamster were on for 5 hours after the incident yet we didnt get a single call to teamspeak...

If @DaveVT accepts the componsation then we will have a chance talking on teamspeak which will be great

UPDATE: I found proof!!! 

I went through my edited videos and i saw this video with a date and a lot of random letters like the invidia shadowplay videos so i checked on it and it had proof!

What happened was: We had an FPS bug and i just didn't have control at all (I wasn't trying to move, you can see i was on auto hover till my friend comes)

After that my game became black screen'd and by recording stopped.

That is more than enough proof. I am confident that this situation was not intentional VDM and therefore will be rejecting this report.

Although, my suggestion would be that you get in contact with Dave and offer him an apology for your game crashing and compensation for the gear that he has lost.
