Sorry about not having audio for the first two mins or so but that wouldn't matter considering you are able to see nothing happened prior to the initiation.
The reason why I decided to put this report up is simply that I feel the time to comply wasn't sufficient but if that seems reasonable just take a listen at the rushed initiation which to me sounds like hands up or die with two or three words that are different. The main argument SlimJim and his buddies had was the fact they knew I wasn't going to comply but look at the time in between him saying he would shoot me and I hop in the heli it was literally half a second but that's only half of the rules I felt he broke.


Back in October, the whole community was told about the state of rp and how more rp needed to happen before initiating.

Not really much to say on my side, other than the fact you clearly heard my initiation, as for some reason i was incredibly loud, and clearly i started with do not jump in the chopper. After you died you said 'i was gonna comply' in direct, and you can hear you and your friend shouting get in fly fly. 

Im gonna say there was plenty of time, as you most definitely heard me. If the initiation was quiet fair enough, but it was loud and clear and you 100% heard me say do not jump in the chopper or you would be shot. Your response which was jumping in the chopper and tryna spin away from me as you knew you were eligible to be shot at that point. 

Your reflexes clearly show in your brain, you knew you were initiated on fairly, and that shows me i was fine in what i did.

Also.. The post you are using to try incriminate me states 'ensure you engage in role play of a high quality', at no point could we engage in it, as at no point you gave us the option to as you flew. Going by that, you can never die if you do not speak.

You clearly don't understand the point of this report. The initiation which you decided to start off with was the poorest rp I have seen from someone who has been here since February 2016. Even if I had stayed the initiation was still "jump in the chopper or you would be shot". 

I suggest you take a look at this post by TCK Matt which describes that more high quality rp needed to occur before shooting.

Whats stopping me from standing on on the side of the road and telling people that they would be shot if they continue to drive just for me to shoot them right after?

and similarly to teamspeak, your opinion was solid and you stated it once before saying 'so this isn't resolved then' waiting for a response and leaving, rather hastily.

Im sorry Mattt A, threatening someone then shooting them only a few seconds later does not constitute high quality Roleplay.

If someone is attempting to flee in a heli, you could have easily shot the rotors out without shooting the player, grounding them and allowing you to rob them or do whatever you were going to do with high-quality roleplay.

Since you gave next to no time to comply, and no prior high quality roleplay, this falls under the ruling of RDM.

Therefore I will be issuing you with a ban for rule 2.2 (RDM).
