Please (in detail) describe the incident

I was Rping with a few Civilians at the Check point of the UNMC when a heli came over with 3 armed guys, Hopped out and said "im taking over this border now" which in return i said "no your not" - Pull out my gun as they point at me. "drop the gun now" - I get Knocked out (no initiation), "im taking all your stuff map GPS" I couldn't do much as i was knocked out and waited for reality to come back to me. Once stood up, A Civilian took arms and threatened the robbers to lay down their arms or be shot (protecting me). He manged to kill one of the robbers but was then shot from behind. Then (Slim Shady) - Not knowing his RP name Obviously, Took me hostage and began to talk alot of crap about do u have friends etc. I said no im alone everyone is asleep (Not online) i then decided to start recording soon as he took me up the tower to finish me off to see how good the RP was, Unfortunate that it was absolute terrible and my friend who was killed Max .S also will be providing footage on the No initiation i got from them. He dropped me off the tower and was done. Don't think this should be under looked as it's not the first this has happened to me.

The video needs to be longer to ne considered evidence...

(5-10minutes prior to that, so staff can see the entire situation from the initiation all the way to your death)

Also I would like to say:

1. Im not sure what is this report saying, you are saying low rp yet its not poor at all, it still counts as RP even if we're not nice to you.

2. When max.S uploads the video make sure you show the poor initiation that was made towards us from max.S.        

3. So you are saying "no initiation" yet you have no footage of that whatsoever?

(our RP quality was high, when u fell to your death we decided to let you bleed after you said "i prefer a long painful death instead of a quick one", after your 'fall' i ran up the road and down the road a couple of times to RP with civillians and when a medic came to revive you i got kicked)

And for last, you didnt even try to contact me and you have decided to report straight away which i find absurd because we haven't had any encounters before this one.

From Max .S point of view, and u can be nasty to me all you like in RP, Your Rp was terrible "I have nothing left to do with you" then dropping me off the edge is not good RP. Your ment to maintain High RP through out your Execution.

Since your involving me in here, could you please tell me what poor initiation I did on you? I could've killed you guys without even saying anything at all, you clearly told me if you pull out a gun I'm gonna tap you ( Or something like that ) so I already gave you guys a chance.

I don't know if anyone can fish out what happend after I ran away but this is all I've got.

 
Firstly i dont see how this is relevent, Stop commenting unless you were directly involved.

Ill stop commenting from now and wait for staff's decision.

Firstly, I do not see an issue with Cam S. giving his input here. What I will say however is including other situations into this isn't what we want. Lets stick to the topic lads. 

Now, moving onto the actual report itself. I have read, watched and conferred with other staff members and have come to the following conclusion:

It's hard to hear the initiation, however what I will say is if you're seen to be providing poor initiations, you will get yourself in trouble. This is a roleplay community. Simple initiations like "Hands up or die" or "If you get your gun out your dead" is considered NOT Quality Roleplay. Lets refrain from this in the future please. 

I, as well as other Staff Members who I have spoken with do not see an issue with what SlimShady done. His intentions were to take over the checkpoint, and in the mean time lost one of his own. For this, he stripped you of all of your equipment and began role-playing with you. If he wasn't interested in the roleplay, he would've just dropped you off of the building but decided to see whether you had people whom could offer him something in return for your life.  You responded with or what he understood of no therefore you are no use to him anymore. Although he could have let you go, you would then be a risk to him. Being part of a military faction you could've "Rounded up the lads" and got back there and charge him under the Exodus Act (Please don't kill me if I got this wrong)

TL:DR Report Rejected.
