I would like to point out formost that this player is currently banned and has posted an appeal ( i noticed that as i came to report) While on patrol with SPC Taylor and PC Aidan, 2 men initiated on us. Over 3 minutes later as i went to RP with some othe local hobos i got gunned down by Slave, Slave also killed one of the hobos before SPC taylor took him out. ( I have not tried to resolver as server restarted before i could bring him to TS and he is currently banned, he has posted un-ban appeal) Apologies in advance my mic is out of sync with video, all other audio is fine

You and your cop mates were waiting for a gunfight. You didn't want to RP wahtsoever. 

I was still initiated, still same area, still in the same vicinity, same cops, everything.
