Please (in detail) describe the incident
Me and my friend are members of a group called free altis part of our backstory is that we do not recognise the "occupation of altis" by the UK government so we don't accept the polices authority
One of our main activities is "Taxing" people who are doing various activities so me and my friend are driving to Kavala and we notice a few people at the aluminium processor so we pull in and start to engage with skif and we state "Hello mate are you aware that you are now in the free altis republic" to which we get no voice response until I see a direct message with skif saying that he does not have a mic and then later going on to say that he disabled so cannot speak by this seeing as we were a decent bit through the interaction we continued on eventually he handed us his keys so we could search his truck then he hopped in to his truck and we said something along the lines as "Mate please be reasonable we don't have to take out your tyres" then we hop in to our car then he come back around and rammed our car luckily no damage was done so we came out of the car and started to shoot his tyres then he came back around ran over my friend he was okay we saw him driving off so we got back in the car and follwed him until he decided to take shelter in the kavala green zone were we try to explain via occ chat that he broke some rules I will post below
He decided to not come and resolve the situation with hence why i report him
