I was about to send a man named Frank to jail when a man named Simpson runs up to me and says nothing to then pull out a pistol and shoot me dead (It was also in a green zone). One of my patrol members contacted him and asked him to come to the Police Liaison Room, he then said he does not own Teamspeak and refused to come to the Liaison Room. After being revived I started to roleplay with the Medics. In the corner of my eye I see Frank starting to run away because he because unrestrained. (Which in my opinion is bad roleplay.)

Just a side note, within my report of Frank VDM'ing and RDM'in myself and a colleauge, prior to the incident, both Simpson and Frank where seen together, Simpson seemed fairly relectant to roleplay with me whilst I tried to talk to him about ingame laws being broken.
