Simon comes up to me in his ifrit and slows down and what appears to be him stopping and then decide to go next to the ifrit in hopes of him jumping out so i could then jump into the drivers seat and drive off but then i noticed that he was about to set off so i tried to step away and as you can see my game had some sort of lag spike and then i was hit by his vehicle and got sent flying into the air. After that he jumps out and sprays me down whilst i'm still in the animation. Whether it is an accident or not he still used his ifrit for his own personal gain.

you can see from my POV once the vehicle stopped i then tried to move away from the ifrit and my game froze for 1 second which must of caused me to run a little bit further... again Whether I was running or not, you should not be taking advantage of someone in the vdm script. You clearly see I was hit and went flying, whether it was my fault or the drivers and still decided to jump out of the ifrit and take advantage of the situation. Something of which has been happening multiple times today.

Still defies the fact ytou abused the scrpit put in place... Anyways I'll leave it to see what admins think, from my perspective its just pretty scummy to take advantage of it and the fact multiple poseidon members have been doing it recently makes it worse

 
Feel like this is a good time to point out that I wasn’t actually driving the ifrit - was just sitting in the passenger seat

Will be uploading the clip where you call me a bot that uses a pull down, followed by politely informing me that my nan has chlamydia, as soon as I get home tonight 

 
You're more than welcome to do that man... In fact you don't have to I will admit it right now that I did in fact say that... Yeah it was wrong of me but when you get vdmed/rdmed or low quality rp all day long there's a tipping point... We're all human we can only take so much I didn't mean it in any sort of offensive way and the same goes for you i apologise if i offended you in any sort of way. I can sure another example of when Poseidon abuse the vdm script if you want and you can see how infuriating it is also you're going to upload this clip of me doing what i did you would show that you're in a sense revenge reporting... You adding in things to the situation that has nothing to do with what happened... If you felt that was i said was so bad how come you didn't want to report me or say anything at all to me before after it happened... Yet you only just bring it up now that i reported you. If i i didn't report you you wouldn't have uploaded what was said so In a way you're kind of revenge reporting.

I'm not in the business of reporting people that have had a bad day, that said if someone is going to go out of their way to report me after - in my honest opinion - doing something as stupid as sprinting into a vehicle for a good second or two and then complaining after you get knocked down and shot then I will be responding with whatever I can to shed some light on the kind of person you are. 
 

I don't accept your apology quite frankly, in no way shape or form can what you said be incorporated into any roleplay, you said it out of pure spite and that's why - along with the fact that you've just been reported for the same behavior about 10 minutes shy of putting this up - I feel inclined to add what you said to this. Bad day or not it's just not something that should come out of your mouth, for your own sake I won't be uploading it since you've already admitted to what you said.

Just to shed some further light on this situation - you didn't even say anything bad to me after you got hit and killed in this clip - it was 30 minutes later when you were dead on the ground at Gold Buyer when I arrived completely out of the blue without saying a word - that could have been anyone that hadn't done anything to you in the past and could have actually taken offense to what you said about their family.
 

In regards to the topic of the report and to elaborate on the first part of my initial reply - I wasn't driving the ifrit so it wasn't exactly VDM on my behalf - not that I believe it was VDM in the slightest on from Kayn, the driver. From my point of view you ran into an ifrit that was turning away from you, why you did this is beyond me. The clip that you posted of your perspective actually comes across as worse than I expected - I took into account that it was your actions that caused you to trip over not anyone else's and as such you were put out of your misery. Admittedly ordinarily I don't usually kill or restrain people in that particular script but I did see this as an exception.

i don't understand why i am being brought into this i said this to kayn during a seperate situation and i have done nothing but defend u guys throughout the whole thing by trying to get him to take down this report i might be his friend but at the end of the day i said it was andrews fault for running into the ifrit in the 1st place i was stating what i thought andrew was doing even though i actually did not know if he was doing it as a revenge report or not 

 
Well that's his thoughts on my report and the timing I mean everyone has there own mind... No way in the slightest was it a revenge report it was just a coincidence of the timing. He said "think of it from his point view" He doesn't think for me and in fact we could all think entirely different he just assumed that's what happened.  No i didn't say it out of spite at all It was purely my emotions taking over as of all day Poseidon have done nothing but break rules and i can give further evidence if need be and no i'm not trying to pin the blame on Poseidon because yeah i did fuck up you know it happens but you're trying to deny that you also haven't done anything wrong.

This is getting silly. Report is rejected you run into the ifrit ! 

But again we will not tolerate people being kill while being knock down by VDM stript please do not kill people when this happen just drive away and then you can shot them when they  are up and ready again for fight !
