I saw this guy who was wearing an inmate suit and I asked him if he is an inmate. Things escaleted and there was some poor rp from mr inmate as you can see from the video. He was shot by Simon Jalo who shot him in the back when the inmate was running towards police station. Also shot at green zone. The rest you can see from the video.
So the reason i wanted to arrest him was simply because I suspected that he was an inmate. But this guy ruined my rp experience :'(
