On behalf of John Dillinger due to a forum restriction.

We were following trucks that were seen coming out of the HM for around 3-4 minutes. The truck driver in question knew I was following them, so I tried to pass the convoy on several occassions but couldn't because they were blocking my way. I finally went to overtake the truck, and he swerved into my lane to block me from going past, using his vehicle as a weapon, resulting in me being killed. I made an attempt to speak to him on teamspeak, but got the response "lol" resulting in us ending up here. I have put the report against both Simen Jose and Trainee Store Manager as I was not made aware of who was driving due to Simen's reluctance to resolve the situation.

I would firstly like to ask why is there no sound in your video ? Also i would like a longer video of 3 mins if possible also there was a second guy in the truck also we i be able to see his POV please, I can upload a longer video if wanted but i would definately like to see a longer video with sound to prove this was aaccident.
I did ask you as seen in the gyazo to join me in the member support and to upload a video as you can see by repling with " LOL " is not a adult response and clearly showed you did not think the incident was serious enough for you to come and join me to resolve it, so it was only natural that it was going to go to the forums.

Unless needed by staff I will not take the time to upload a 3minute video (if I even have one) as i really see this as one of the most petty reports I`ve seen in a while. All I did was cutting a corner, I had no clue you were trying to overpass me which can be seen in my video. 

I will not reply anymore unless requested by staff.

Since this isn't going anywhere regarding this "resolution" between both parties, I will be locking this and making my decision sooner then normal to avoid any conflict on this appeal. 

I have spoken to Simen, he has explained to me that there is a private conversation happening at the time and will be providing me and only me the video. I will then make the decision based on that video.

On a side note. I must agree with Simen, this is an extremely petty report in my view. Placing a report for something like this that can be easily dealt with in a chat. But because he replied Lol you placed a report sorry but i disagree with that as a reason to place a report. You could have put a lot more effort into resolving this if you wanted to.

Simen, messaging back saying that he is ban happy is not helping either, the situation could have easily been dealt with by both parties.

After reviewing the footage provided to me by Simen, it's rather clear to me that it was just a road accident. Therefore it was not VDM as it WAS NOT intentional.
