Please (in detail) describe the incident: I initiated a pursuit with Shug Mackie on Meteor Street, he failed to stop for a short while before pulling into the taxi depot and getting out of his vehicle. A firearms unit blocked his vehicle in and Shug Mackie began to walk away from the firearms officer even with a beanbag gun being pointed at him and orders being given. Shug was bean bagged twice and was placed into cuffs and placed under arrest. I placed Shug in the back of my vehicle and told him to sit tight while I sort out his vehicle. I then went back to my vehicle after a short wait where Shug Mackie had disappeared.
I gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited with my colleague for him to come back, but after waiting 10 minutes we left the scene.
I clipped the video so the chase is shortened and just shows the beginning of the pursuit and the end.
