Please (in detail) describe the incident
ANPR'd his vehicle to find he was wanted and he fled. After he crashed into a bush he got out without saying anything and tried to kill me and was rubbered/tazered by us. He then combat logged when he was in restraints. I would like to mention that in the last second of the video the blasting charge is placed at the bank, i have a screen shot about 1 minute later of him logging back in.
Also @iNFiNiTE was RDM'd by the same guy right after he logged back in.
