Please (in detail) describe the incident

Me and my firend were robbing the bank and then we start negotiating with the cops. I clearly warned them and said that if they try to enter the building, the hostages will be shot. He then decided to ninja his way inside grab the hostage and run outside again, not valuing anyones life and literally just running in and then out, which then leads to them shooting me. I then tried to talk to the cop in liason on ts and he decided in the middle of the convo that he didnt want to talk anymore and just left. i tried to talk it out but no he was being a smart ass and acting all superior and just left me.He said i should just say that i was in the liason channel

Greetings Valid Salad, 

As we spoke about this situation in liaison I asked for what rule you believe I broke, we were then able to establish you believe I broke " Fail RP " At which point I pointed out you were roleplaying and negotiating with an office which you have confirmed yourself. 

As for not valuing anyone's life officers decided a tactic for the situation and went ahead with a plan to negotiated and get the hostages out quietly without any shots being fired. Both hostages were extracted safely, no officers were injured the only party that got killed were the 2 armed robbers in the bank that were the first ones to open fire. Personally, I say valued both My officer's lives and the hostages and dealt with the threat accordingly after we were engaged.

As for when you spoke to me in liaison,  you were very hostile and aggressive towards me, I said to you to speak like an adult as this is an adult community and to not speak over each other as the ground rules for the liaison and that if you continued I would kick you from the liaison due to your rude attitude and leave you to report me highly suggesting you include the liaison. I apologise if you feel I was being a "smart ass" however you were kicked due to the swearing and raising your voice towards me after you had been explained what is expected of us both in the liaison. Again, if being well mannered and actioning a kick from a liaison when needed is being a " Smart Ass" I sincerely apologise.

Now you have failed to provide any evidence on this report, only a statement I would ask if you would provide the evidence should you have it. 

Lastly, although I am not required to I will happily give you £ 200,000 compensation as you clearly feel hard done by and that the situation was not fair. My reason behind this is I play here for fun but so do other people if you feel I have ruined your experience in a situation I will do what I can to make it up to you regardless if I actually messed up and broke a rule or if you were just unhappy. As I don't want anyone to log off the server with a bad experience. ( Anyone that calls me to liaison because you know I will pay 200k cannot expect to get anything 🙂 ) 

Now I will apologise to you as you clearly didn't feel this was fair, although in my eyes you failed to protect your hostages and were outplayed I am sorry that you had this experience. I would also like to say that I highly recommend you speak to people more politely in the future.

As there is no evidence, and you are going to sort this out privately with compensation, I'll go ahead and close this report.
