Please (in detail) describe the incident: Mr Gilmore disappeared during prison transport, wasn't seen in OOC chat or Discord claiming his head popped therefore I assume it was a deliberate action to leave.

@GargleMyGlockDo you have any additional evidence showing the character id or any ID Card ect?

Hey man sorry for the late reply, I clean my video logs every week to avoid build up but I know that I did use additional bodycam footage when making this report to get this Character ID, and if my memory serves me correct, he didn't have an ID Card on him, I got his Character ID (72186) from his PNC Record I believe, and I got his train ticket number when initially arresting him, I make it habit to check session heads in case they combat log.

I understand if taking my word for the account of things isn't deemed adequate further evidence though so no worries mate, either way ill be sure to keep all bodycam relating to reports for future reports I make.

No problem @GargleMyGlockWhilst I believe it's possible that the person you've mentioned might be the same as the one in the video without evidence showing as such our hands would be tied in this case I'm afraid. 

Indeed if you do down the line need to make a report for things like this and happen to have some evidence of the session heads and or the ID card that will help a lot in future reports. Due to this evidence not having the above, I'll be going ahead and denying this report. Thank you again for taking the time to make the report and hope you have a wonderful weekend!
