I was going to the DVLA shop to check the prices of different licenses. Then a guy jumped of of a car and was just holding a pistol I didn't think he was a threat to me but I was thinking he was going to rob me. I did not see him talking and I couldn't hear him talking and when I walked in the shop he just shot me without warning me.
