I'm going to ask you a genuine question here, have you even read our server rules? 
You're breaking multiple rules yourself in the video you've provided.

Honestly mate I don't see much of an issue on this I was a little quite which am going to look into in why as I said some stuff just before I kill you which I could not hear for what ever reason never the less I stated what was going to happen and why allowing time for quality RP to happen 

The reason I shot you is because you was clearly breaking rules which is when I decide yep I am going to kill this guy not for stealing the UNMC's Qilin but for breaking RP multiple times which made me think ohh great this guy dosnt know the rules and has a gun I am going to make sure this guy dosnt RDM anyone and there for killing you and removing your gun with a 100% chance of you not getting it back that is also why your mate lived because he had the common sense not to break RP which you would know if you had read the rules and I thought ohh this guy hopefully should not break any rules 

I would of also let you live as I find it unfair and poor sportsman ship to abuse the fact you crashed 

As for the VDM claim I didn't attempt to kill you will my quote "Tank" also known as a MRAP or Strider and I am not stupid enough to get banned for ramming some random people in a UNMC Qilin 

Finally the reason I did not state my intentions is because I have played Arma 3 enough to know I need to get into a good position to tell you to give the Qilin back and you will have no / little issue if I decamp on the road while your driving your gunna drive off and I will probably lose you as the strider is slightly slower than the Qilin which makes me chasing you pointless 

Finally directed @Ares2k I suggest you read the rules to prevent any other issues you show to the staff team by reporting other players and revealing the rules you clearly break but At least you stayed true to your word "do it and ill report you" which reminds me  (2.8) Threats to report / disputes / Breaking RP in Voice.

oh and also you didn't try to resolve a thing

Ok, first of all I understand I broke some rules such as using mic in out of character. You're to kill me because you 'thought' I would go on to rdm isn't valid, the appropriate thing would have been to report this to a member of staff so they could take action. Instead
you took it into your own hands and rdm'ed me even though I wouldn't of went on to minge despite you feeling that I would. Being 'stupid enough' isn't an excuse to ram people, who knows if you're stupid enough to ram people to get banned, your word doesn't mean anything to me since I only encountered you once and don't know your intentions.

RDM is random death match I roleplayed with you and the whole reason I killed you was because you started breaking RP clearly ruining others experiences and not something I want to happen so I killed you and prevented you from saying anything else to get you banned I dont really put up reports either I prefer to resolve issues but looks like you have reported your self

I have been on the server for 1 year and a bit I am a SgtM in the UNMC I am rangers in the UNMC you might not know anything about the server but it quite a position I am also going to ignore any more VDM claims till you provide a better video of the accusations occurs

You really haven't read the rules still have you and this would be a completely different situation so it is irrelevant but anyway lets say it was  relevant     

1. A cop running up to someone and putting them into restrains in either RDM or exploiting depending on how they do it 

2. It is meta gaming to arrest someone because they are wanted and not committing a crime etc.

3. If you dont tell them there rights I am pretty sure that breaking a police rule and also I did talk to you before shooting you

@Ares2k as has been mentioned, you break several rules yourself (breaking RP and threatening to report in voice chat).

I have had a look at your player notes and I can see you are a very new player, so I am going to give you the benefit of the doubt, however please go ahead and read our rules in full and familiarise yourself with them https://www.roleplay.co.uk/rules. Any questions please jump on to our teamspeak, discord or send an in-game admin message. We will not be so lenient in the event of future rule breaks having given you this warning.

As to the report, well you do break RP almost instantly after crashing, which is against our rules, and I can see why Eldarkmagic didnt RP with you; had you attempted to RP with the player in question, and they he went on and shot you then this would have been clear RDM, due to lack of high quality roleplay.

That said, @Eldarkmagic just because one player breaks a rule, doesn't mean you are allowed to also break rules by executing them with out RP.

There are mitigating circumstances here which I have mentioned, therefore I wont be issuing you with a ban, however in the future please do not deal with rule breakers yourself in this way. Instead get video footage and/or contact an admin in game. If they do not respond then please feel free to report them so we can deal with the rule breakers. It is possible that when you message an admin in game, they may then transport themselves in the invisible suit and be watching the scenario without you knowing (and without replying), so please don't deal with them like this in the future, and allow admins to deal with any rule breakers.
