Please (in detail) describe the incident
I was driving on a road in Athira, when SgtHawkOwl came from the side of the road and we collided and both died. Then he started to threaten me, saying: "You fucking idiot mate, you fucking VDM'er im gonna ban your ass man" (Breaking rule 2.8)
About 2 minutes later, he returns to collect his lost money. Then he drives off to buy a gun and comes back the second time to try to kill me completely. (Breaking rule 5.3 two times)
We tried to solve it on teamspeak, but it did not sound like he understood why I wanted talk to him, and just started asking me about the rules. He did not think he had broken any rules, as it was VDM and my fault he said, so we agreed to take it this way instead.
Unfortunately my voice was not recorded, it was apparently turned off in Shadowplay, so I don't know if that matters to the case.
