We had a cop locked in our car. Was a car chase with 2 cars following us. Tuna clearly attempts to desync ram our vehicle. Anybody with a bit of hours on arma 3 would know how to pull this off. You dont hit the vehicle on your pov or maybe scratch it and it looks like an accident. He most likely has a pov showing he didnt hit the car, but people who have been here long enough will know what desync ramming is. After my friend Simon asks why he would do that and Ant arni i believe goes "for the memes". Clearly showing no disregard of the rules. Sad to see this from a whitelisted faction

Laison conversation lasted about 50 seconds before Tuna left the channel showing attitude and being very unprofessional. I expected more from a member of whitelisted faction when resolving. Uploaded laison since it was that short anyway:

Few things:

• This was said in-game so is literally completely irrelevant to him 'breaking rules'

As I was involved in the Liaison and in-game I'll put my 2 pence in about the situation and the liason. 

Firstly, as you can see from this Gyazo (https://gyazo.com/e5a0219010ebda33f989afbbcde9d9ab) Tuna's vehicle is going straight down and didn't change direction and you can see that whoever was driving the MB turned TOWARDS Tuna's car. You can literally see from the gyazo Tuna attempt's to steer his car to the left to avoid collision but at the end of the day this is a multiplayer server of a very glitchy game, these things happen and to me that is clearly an accident. If where you claim Tuna "Clearly de-sync's your vehicle" he wouldn't of blown himself up in the accident and wouldn't of gone in a straight line, you were the one who went into him. To me this looks like a simple accident that happens all the time and a report wasn't really necessary (Of course my opinion).

As for the Liaison I think Tuna would agree when I said he could of handled it better but saying "I expected more from a member of whitelisted faction when resolving" Just because someone is in a white-listed faction does in no way mean that they should handle situations perfectly. Everyone is different and everyone handles things differently, there was a clash of opinions and he decided to leave it there, of course he COULD of apologized but I guess he decided not to. 

As I'm involved I saw it fit to give my opinion on the matter however it is just an opinion not fact, it's just what I believe happend in the situation.

The whole point of desync ramming is that it looks like an accident. It is hard to desync ram on this server without blowing yourself up as desync is very hard. People that know how to desync ram will know what im on about here.

In the clip I am not attempting to desync ram anybody just trying to stay in the circle, but it shows a perfect example of what it looks like on the other end. I am 100% sure this is what tunas pov is gonna be looking like

Unfortunately my PlaysTV was incredibly laggy throughout my entire play session, and there is not much I can with that. You can clearly see that it was non-intentional from the Gif. As I say in my video, you turned everytime we went in front of you. Cross checking it from your video you can clearly see that you were heading towards weed processor, and that is the direction I headed for. I didn't see you turn direction, and by the time I did it was too late for me to turn and do anything anyway - it would have made it look even more like I did it intentionally.

As you say yourself; anyone who has plays arma knows how to 'desync ram', so if that's the case why would I do it so that I die? If it was a desync ram it was pretty fucking poor as you're not meant to die yourself. It's not desync - my model is clearly in front of you and it's certainly solid. Do you really think that after 2 years I would do something so stupid, for the sake of ending a chase for a PC? Not like it's a DCC. If it's as easy you say why would I be so blatant about it, and die in the attempt?

It's true that I left the liaison room; but after every situation with OG some member of the police will be called to the liaison. I'm fed up of having to go and sit in a room and discuss something for 45 minutes after just trying to play a game? You said that I did it intentionally, and when someone comes to the liaison with that mindset there is no point trying to argue. You have your opinion and I have mine - no point going around in circles for an hour. People nowadays try and get someone in trouble in every single situation. You were revived after the situation so you didn't even lose any gear, only the armed MB4WD which I informed is cheap as chips anyway.
It's a shame that after the situation you immediately went "//Come to liaison" - didn't say a word to the officers who got you revived; instead you went straight to TS. Next time, just let a situation play out?

I'd have to disagree with you; it's still very easy to do it.
After you clearly stated that you believed I did in intentionally, I no longer had any motivation to try and persuade you. In you opinion I was solely in the wrong and when someone has that mindset I won't waste my time trying to convince them otherwise. We both turned into eachother and that's just what happens in car chases. Wasn't intentional.

At the end of the day, I'm not particularly sorry. Not going to throw apologise around solely for the sake of it - if you're not sincere it decreases the meaning of it.

Ok I was the one who said "Did you desync?" 
If in any way you think that's incriminating Tuna you're wrong unfortunately. I heard laughing and saw 4 people died so it was just a regular question. 
De-sync is very common and can be funny at times due to the craziness of it. 
If you're offended at me laughing about Desync I apologize for that I guess?

My sincere apologies. Next time I'll be sure not to enjoy this game. Shit happens, it's funny. No point getting upset about it.

Looking at all the different videos provide from all of the different points of views I have come to the decision that this is an accident.

When you look at the videos you see that there are mistakes that have been made by all the people involved which have lead to the vehicles exploding. More could have been done by both parties to avoid this from happening. However, I cannot say that this is a case of VDM I do not believe that the vehicle was used as a weapon.
