We were flying around looking for people to reb then we saw a hemtt at the weed processing. We flew around to look for people and only saw 1 body, we did not hear shots or anything so we thought no one was there. When we landed and went to check the bulilding we randomly got shot at without any rp or anything communication. Then my friend MiniMellow was killled by SGT Steffex. He also lost around 200k in gear. MX, ghiiliesuit, suppressor etc, because the police did not revive him and just ran past him.

Didn't expect this considering  I told you in the end that you can hop down to police/rebel liaison to discuss it but you just closed and disconnected from ts, but regardless I guess I'll explain my side of the story. So Heinesen, Alex Jackson, Humzah and I had followed a HEMTT Box from the road along past the oil processor & factory compound and it eventually went up to the weed processor. We roleplayed for a little while before one of the rebels said to us "If you tell my friend to put his hands up you will regret it" or something along the lines of that which kicked off the gunfight. So during the gunfight multiple helicopters e.g hellcats, m900s and hummingbirds flew over us and it got to the point where it was clear that they were scouting and pointing out where we were holding off from or our locations. Given the circumstances, Alex Jackson sent in an ATC announcement whilst others gave warning shots to multiple helicopters which were in vicinity. None of which seemed to leave.  

Now due to the nature that it was an active gunfight and our request for you to leave, you decided to land all with guns out. During an active gunfight I think it's more than reasonable to assume that a helicopter landing, armed to the teeth with armed rebels is involved. It's not a difficult concept. I'm sure you'd agree that it's actually valuing my own life and the lives of the officers to kill and eliminate those who wish to harm us? Never the less, after your friend had been killed and complained that he had died unjustly. I understand you're upset with the outcome but you have to understand that we rightfully assumed, after helicopters consistently flew over head, that you were involved, even more so considering you were all armed.

i gave you time to upload a longer video, you did not respond so i will make my decision from the video's i have been provided. 
if you look on the video that @STeFFeX provided from his pov.  You can clearly see he was in a active gunfight. So as soon as he 
the heli see flying over he calles it in, And keep eyes on it. After you guys jumps out he confirmed you were armed therefore it was a active 
fight. He can take Armed Rebels out. As you might be involved and be later on a threat to his life.
