Please (in detail) describe the incident

Spunky says that the hunter was in a "Active" gun fight because Lukeee jumped out and initiated and shot 3 bullets at the cars tires. However this gun fight was 4 mins before the incident and multiple cop cars were following the hunter but did not shoot at us, therefore we thought that the cops were not in a active gun with us. When we reach the top of the hill the cops pull up and start to shoot the wheels, they then proceed to lethal me inside the hunter and Lukeee who jumped out. Also the ifrits that were not seen to be involved with us started taking fire and were also killed by the police force.

I would not class this as rdm, shots were fired at police from the hunter's occupants mere minutes before the start of your first video. Our officers were still clearly in pursuit of you up until the point where i fired on your tyres, you who had already fired at police vehicles. While in the process of neutralizing the hunter, two ifrits drove almost directly toward me and my patrol mates while we were under fire. I opened fire on these vehicles too destroying the tyres of one, the occupants of which then decamped to shoot at police.

I don't think either of these engagements can be defined as RDM.

With regards to the liason room chat, I will admit I should maybe have had a little more patience to explain my reasoning behind opening fire, I instead in this instance choose to ask you to simply report me, as I strongly believe the incident does not qualify as RDM.

I stand by my opinion that it is "tough shit" when someone in a stolen police hunter gets shot by police after shooting at police.

Unfortunately I do not have the whole situation recorded, and the only footage I have is the footage I have uploaded. Regarding spunky's comment in TS, I expect more from a former CSI.

I would've much rather ended the situation by resolving the problem and going our separate ways, instead of you not really caring and just telling us to report you.

Hello fellow gamers,

This footage that I seen myself only shows a area of a Active gunfight. And from hearing the Recordings that were in Teamspeak, there was reports that you guys were already intiated on. A exact timeframe where the intiation, cannot not be verified due to the lack of footage on what happened before.

I myself see nothing here classified as a RDM. 

I also understand his frustration when spoken to in teamspeak, hes obviously pissed off because the other party is accusing him of RDMing.

Just because he said: TOUGH SHIT?   And then you say: I expect more from a old CSI !!!

Guys are we hear to report because in the way he answered ? No we are not !!! 

Its only causing unwanted drama, which I will avoid from happening.

The main reason for the report is for RDM end of and not about on how he answered to you guys.And this back and forth on how he told you off in Teamspeak, come on now....This is not even needed to be discussed.

Due to the lack of evidence from the Complaining party, this Report will be Denied.
