Me my friend Parker and drama lama was going to arrest and take away a corrupt police SGT. When my friend started talking to the SGT he turned towards me and started shooting. My friend diden get to finish what he was saying or his intentions.

" Your Surrounded Now Officer -We have 3-4 Guys"  also you did not hot mic the full conversation, i have multiple officers can confirm you said put your hands up just before you said we are surrounded*  if this is not enough initiation then i do not know what is. 

if you want to push not respecting my own or my officers lives i was confident that there was himself and the you in the helicopter and the guy who had locked himself in the house in kevala in a attempt to snipe me was abit off too but you said in teamspeak that he had not just logged in.

 for the previous 5-10 minutes before this happened the guy who was with me was acting fishy and suspicious hounding me about my decision to allow to Huron to sell there loads of weed i started to make my way back to the car due to the fact i knew something was going down after that you see what happens from the vid wich does not show the full context of the situation.

 i have been in the community now for around 13/14 months without a single report and have been in the police for the best part of 12 months so i am confident in my actions as a officer

I have been asked to comment as I spoke with Sgt Proctor regarding the incident, as I heard he was selling equipment,

Giving people a taser pistol is still giving away gear, and you doing it knowing it dissapears is exploiting.

after talking with Sgt Proctor about the incident, he seems to think he does not need to talk to people or let the person finish what they are saying before opening fire, I have the full chat logs if needed, but I will caption a small segment which I think is most prudent.

On this matter fuel i have discussed with you in team speak i also do feel it is fit for your involvement due to you being close friends with Ticktack that being said i have also said to you that i do not type well in arguments hence why i asked you multiple times to come to my room to speak me directly, 

that being said again the context in wich the pistol was given was mainly due the fact that guy who was pestering me about being corrupt was infact becoming quite a nuisance i do admit i did it know the pistol would disappear and i do appoliogise for that action in particular but i feel this is not about that the fact i gave a taser pisol away

this is said in short due to the fact at this point we had a heated discussion about the events multiple times i had started you were not there at the time and i dont feel its right that you are involved so could you ask ticktack to speak to me yet still your involvement is present.
