Please (in detail) describe the incident

Whilst carrying out a HM there was a quad bike parked in-front of a stair case being used for the operation cops were pushing multiple directions during the active gun fight and this quad bike was impounded by SGT Luker who then proceeded to rush up to the balcony and kill people in the HM I feel this is a form of combat storing and a mechanic used for RP purposes has been incorrectly used with no RP implemented into the scenario, I did briefly speak to Luker regarding this but I feel this was a clear breach of rules and someone who is SGT has been here long enough to know how to correctly scrap/impound vehicles and I also feel considering how cops use 'Bob' as their vehicle removal guy he wouldnt be turning up during a bank being robbed to remove a quad bike...

Hello. Regarding the situation, all that I can say is that I was sorry. I was unaware of the rule and in no way am I saying I don't approve of my actions but all I can say is that I did come to liason room and try to resolve the situation and I thought we actually did. I am not saying that it's okay what I did or justifiable because I was unaware and as a SGT I do believe I should have known better and understand any sanction that comes my way. 

Whilst resolving the situation in teamspeak, you informed me that some Asencion members were killed from other officers pushing the stairs after the vehicle was impounded. To this information, I stated that I'd be compensating anyone of their entire loadout with video evidence. 

Once again, regarding the fact I impounded the vehicle I know I did wrong after being informed but at the time I only saw the action as a strategy to take control of the upper floor. Not aware that I did anything wrong, I then attempted to kill one of your teammates. What I said in teamspeak when I asked if it was resolved, I'd be happy to compensate anyone with video proof.

Now, I am quite unsure why this report has come about when we spoke in ts about the whole situation and you agreed that the appropriate thing to do is compensate anyone killed and then move on. I thought it had ended there.
