I was escorting a restrained man to the PD who had attempted to kidnap me, where his friend comes up behind me and tells me to stop about 10 times before shooting me with no prior warning. I feel this is RDM as a result of low quality roleplay.

Hello IMAK,

IMAK can you please post the whole clip of the incident, because i was there and I remember you doing direct messages saying you will get him banned aswell which is a breach of 2.8 so will you also post that incident please. Plus i feel luke would prefer to talk about the incident, it is better to sort this out between us and save the admins some time.

I'm afraid that I do not know about what you are referring to, I never mentioned anything about a ban. I encourage you to upload whatever footage you have to support your claim.
 

Hello, IMak. You could have talked to us about this situation on ts or anything about there. We would happily talk to you and get this situation sorted. You should have contacted us ing and called us to ts instead of going to forums without even asking for any compensation or anything. I get that you like to get people banned but this situation could have been and still can be handled differently. Please could you talk to me/the guys to resort this situation?

I am not obliged to talk to you. I chose to put a report up due to how the incident was (clearcut RDM / low quality roleplay) - I do not believe you would learn anything from a discussion with me.

BTW @imaK im not responsible for any of the comments on here, they were made without my knowing. Also, did you stop the recording right after the video? @XAvatarys plays stopped working earlier on that day so we were unable to get our view from the incident. We would appreciate it if you would talk to us about it as we have tried multiple times and you refused, if you have a change of heart and decide that you want to talk then were more than happy to.

I do not want to discuss with you. That is simply the choice I have made. I would appreciate it if you and your friends would stop harassing me regarding that.
The reason the video is short is because my internet is very slow. I have included in the video the moments from start to end of my hostile engagement with SGT. Luke, the player who has been reported. I am happy to upload a longer length video if requested by staff for the purpose of my report.

Well, this is PPC javier i was arriving on scene and i did see some notes saying "i don't care, report me" also, right after imak was killed i heard "well done" i believe, i'm just giving my side of the story

I believe that IMAK said "I don't care report me because he threatened a ban and Robbie said that he can get banned for that.

We're going to need to see the longer video please. We need to see the situation and it's context to provide a judgement on the quality of RP, whether there were prior interactions taking place before the shooting.

Unfortunately shortly after uploading the footage I deleted all of my shadowplay footage as it was taking up over 100GB of my 250GB SSD, and I required space. I have only just realised this included the footage requested, and as such I cannot upload a full length video.

However, I feel my video clearly illustrates what happened in terms of hostility, and im sure @lukebaines16 will also agree that the video shows the start to end of the hostilities between myself and him. The video clearly shows the start and end of the hostile roleplay, and no initiation could have been made prior to him pulling his weapon out.

I'm going to have to disagree with you, we can not see any conversation prior to you running along with the chap. We ask for enough footage of the entire situation to make a judgement, I'm not at all saying you are telling lies but you must see from our perspective the potential for people to make up false accusations or just not remember exactly what happened.

We require sufficient evidence to back up all claims. Also for the record, after checking the chat logs there is no evidence of ImAK threatening to ban or report any of you unless you have evidence to suggest otherwise these claims will not be taken further.

I'd ask if you have anything further to add please do so promptly as staff will make their final decision/s shortly.

Any evidence provided must show context of the situation, therefore it is advised  to supply 2-3 minutes of footage before the initial rule break occurs.

This video does not provide sufficient context to provide a concrete decision. The lack of concrete evidence means that I will be denying the report.

There is also no concrete evidence of alleged rule-breaks by yourself, as such they will not be acted upon.
