After carrying on with my own business and driving up to the UNMC lands I am mistaken for a police officer and then accidentally shot at by UNMC and get out of my vehicle to be meta gamed by members of the UNMC for my identity this leads to me eventually being taken away in a strider and treated aggressively and I believe the UNMC at this point to be looking at me giving them a reason to kill me due to them not liking me in roleplay or out of roleplay I am shot in the legs and made to walk from their border for lockpicking and then they keep being aggressive wanting me to push my luck with being cheeky so that they have a reason to kill me. @Vladic Ka was also a victim of metagame which can be seen from his VOD of his stream as Sgt Staticz as he was next to him in-game. I am aware no Teamspeak conversation has took place but these are well established members of the community and this should not be swept under the carpet. While being meta gamed my name was thrown around maliciously and I believe to be treated poorly because of this. I have had the identity of the voice confirmed by staff and UNMC.

I personally believe I was treated rather harshly because of this information being discussed/known via this method. It's only till Shalloa mentions "How do we know this" until everyone starts to realise what they have done.

I'm going to post here as i was directly involved and took Saul Goodman hostage.

So what really happend was, the UNMC was in a firefight with the police and Saul Goodman comes driving up in a police SUV, i fired at the SUV thinking it was a cop. Obviously wrong of me, but stopped as soon i realised it wasn't the police. Saul then got out of his vehicle and put his hands up.. This is when Kevin says it over teamspeak that it's ''Saul Goodman'' . After we leave Saul goodman be and we go over to a Taru that the police had landed to see if we could get ahold of it. See as i didn't have lockpicks and the firefight being over, we roleplayed for a minute or two, with eachother.. (Keep in mind we've left Saul Goodman standing at his car). When i go over to my strider to go back to our lands, i find Saul Goodman lockpicking my vehicle and then take him hostage. The roleplay was agressive, since he decided to try and nick my vehicle around 5 armed men and i'm pretty sure anyone would roleplay it agressively when someone tried to steal your car, . I bring him up to our checkpoint and roleplay with him for a bit, and give him his punishment that he has to limp away from our checkpoint and that he's not coming into our land after his attempt to steal my strider. Which his plan was.

I feel i need to say this as i think you've made your report based of we acted upon the information Kevin provided over teamspeak, making it look as we only gave you agressive roleplay since you were called ''Saul Goodman'' Which is not true. http://plays.tv/video/588cce8696bd49fee6/h?from=user This is the only video i found of the situation it was very short, but the best i could get.

Aswell after this i had a talk to Saul as i didn't want to make this post and explained what happend but he told me to post it on the forums if there was something add. Talking to him he came into the subject about how the UNMC did everything in it's power to get him staying banned when he got banned for exploiting doing something with the gold. It's weird seing he dosen't want to resolve it aswell because you don't have to anymore, which he said aswell having a conversation with him. But what i've heard from people he always wants to solve it, before making a report but when it's UNMC it's all of a sudden a issue.

I've got a video of me talking to him in a private room on teamspeak, whoever is looking at it can judge himself but i think it's a revenge report because UNMC provided evidence getting banned for exploiting. Video of converstaion, there is a longer version if needed but didn't feel i needed to upload it as we were only discussing what happend in the situation as i wrote and explained it.

Read everything before you make a post... I just said i think you put it in the wrong way and that's why i posted it.. I can make the post as long as i want, so stop complaining. Ahh and so what it is edited to make it look better?

Mortan has already mentioned this and I'm not sure if you decided to say it as a reminder or if you haven't read what mortan has said

From the videos provided, there is no actual evidence of them treating you differently in-game as a result of knowing who you are out of RP. I think calling names out in a channel like that is against the rules however, because here is my take. You cannot use name tags or out of RP information to influence in-game actions; but this is also to add the question of where do we draw the line for judging what is affecting RP and what isn't. My suggestion has always been, if you happen to get information out of RP prior to an interaction, keep it to yourself until after that interaction. You may not intend to use it, but your colleagues may treat them differently due to it and subsequently, it is metagaming.

As there isn't enough evidence on this report, and from what I can gather above unlikely to be much more useful evidence that can be submitted, I am denying this report.

That being said, @Kev I would be very wary in future of doing this again, as if more information was available to make a full review on this, I am not confident I would be denying this report. Furthermore, while there is no requirement to try and resolve matters, it does factor into our decision in player reports.
