Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was spinning round in my helicopter a couple of minutes before the restart and then this person flies his helicopter straight into me and I blow up and sadly the NHS member was unable to pick me up due to restart and I lost my kit.

From what I have seen in your video I have concluded that this was in-fact an intentional ramming of your helicopter and thus the reported player is breaking rule (1.1) Vehicle Deathmatch. It is due to this that the following will apply:
