Please (in detail) describe the incident:
There's not really much to the incident.
I went through a junction and there was a crash with 4 people. I stopped to help the guy on the bike as he would be more injured.
I gave him some bandages and asprin while the other 2 people just drove away without saying anything.
They returned after about 20 seconds and ran us both over and tried to take out vehicles.
After we were both down they just did burnouts and trolled us about being lay on the floor through voice.
The other two players involved did not respond in OOC when I called their ID's out. I could not get them into teamspeak. I don't think they are here to roleplay in my opinion.
