Please (in detail) describe the incident: The player entered the hospital and I could hear him ask if someone was a gang member, the gang member claimed he had been assaulted by the player. The Player jumped back on his motorbike and ran the gang member over then failed to stop for police, including any RP whatsoever. He than pulled an unrealistic jump from a highway ramp.

Hello! I'm struggling to find a player matching that ID in that time period. Are you sure the player ID and time you provided are definitely correct? I'm unable to make out the id in the video as the quality isn't high enough

Are you 100% sure that it was on the 8th March at 14:10?
Even ID 303 there is no record of anyone having that session ID at that time of day. Your videos show the date as the 9th March? Is that because they were uploaded then or recorded then?
