Together with a friend we saw two Huron are in Kavala. We decided to steal them. When I opened the Hurom and wanted to fly away. Sergei decided to jump into the Huron. Because armed rebels were close I decided to fly a litle further nd and asked him to leave the Huron. He had no weapon on him and I had both a pistol and an MXM. I pointed out that he had to leave or I would shoot him. Sergei refused to get out of the helicopter.

After this, I decided to fly to the castle in Kavala where some friends could shoot him from outside the Huron. Again, I stated to be heavily armed and that he had to leave and that he would otherwise be killed .. Sergei refused again and then I commissioned a friend to open fire. (An admin saw this and came to check my friend what he was doing)

My friend got shot without initiation by Drama Llama. I understand that you're going to shoot someone shooting at a helicopter, but also a better RP have been more appropriate. I think Sergei bad roleplay and showed no value of life and had to leave the helicopter. Nobody gets into a helicopter with an armed enemy and if it twice on the ground and forcing him to step out, you get out. Because of his behavior and empty fuelltank I have to put in an emergency landing causing the Huron crashed.

I asked Sergei Teamspeak why he was not getting. The only reason was because it was technically impossible to shoot in the helecopter. Furthermore Sergei had no intention to enter into dialogue, this irritated me actually still the most. He refused to talk as you see.  Okay first of at kavala what I remember you didn't have yours guns on you they were probably on your backpack like my friend had who owned the another huron. Second when we were in a helicopter I told you the same that my friend was near and you will get shot if you refuse what am i saying, you told something that your friend is too far away that it doesn't matter (everything on this isn't on video which is linked here) Well we arrive to the castle you guys probably had on ur mind to kill me since u gave threats to my life and I was refusing to leave my huron, u were hovering on 4meters on ground which might damage and maybe broke my legs IRL it totally would. then you told me to jump or ur friends will kill me so I watched around and on my first sight I didnt see any of your friends with gun all this happening I was communicating with my friend who was following the huron almost all the times I told him already that you have been threatening my life which means that my friends Drama Lamas only opinion is try to use his firearm to kill the threath with the rifle on the radio, and the reason why I didn't jump out of the helicopter what the height to the ground and huron have very protective window and my friend was about to show up behind the corner and save the day, and he actually did your friend was dead it was you on a pilot seat unable to shoot back which means you are out numbered, there would be solution to you to land and have a great roleplay with us but you decided to fly away and end of all crashing the helicopter which is not my fault so its weird to ask comp for that.

 And the fact that after my friend killed your friend on the video there is lot of dutch and Drama Lamas name got mentioned straight after your friend got killed and I got it translated it was something that "Drama Lama killed me" I dont know who were speaking but I assume it was your friend who got killed and if your dead you should not supposed to be talking while you are dead in common sense so that counts as Metagaming.

  I'm personally sorry if this did cause some bad experience on this server, but after the situation things were kind of heated so I really didn't want to resolve as I think you were only after the compensation not resolving things that we could avoid things like that in future.

I landed several times, you can see it also in the video. But that wasn't the reason that he refused, you can read it in the TS and see it in the video. I don't wanna argue here, i let it to the admins as adviced.

It's very true you cannot eject as a copilot unless completely landed, and by the time you had completely landed shots had already been fired upon Sergei. If Sergei would have gotten outside of the heli by the time the heli was landed he probably would have been killed anyway. 

Next time make sure you are completely landed while issuing compliance against someone in the co-pilot seat, otherwise it will be impossible for him to get out.
